A few years ago when my mother was involved in a car accident in which her car was almost totaled, we brought her car to HCF to be repaired. The service was excellent - Vanessa was a big help and went above and beyond to assist my mother with anything she needed. In the future when I plan to purchase a new car, I will definitely look to HCF first!!

I walked into Herb Chambers Ford a few months ago on a very busy Saturday and was greeted by two sales people...Jim & Michelle. Being a female and being harrassed by male salesmen at Quirk, I chose to work with a female(made me more comfortable). I had NO idea what I was looking for, but knew I needed a car badly. Michelle spent so much time and effort making sure I knew I wouldn't be pressured, I knew everything that was going on, how long it would take and every feature of my new vehicle before driving off the lot. The General Manager, Scott, even took the time to talk to me about everything and was so sweet. I knew he must have been extremely busy with it being a hectic day, but he didn't try to rush me into buying a car and understood completely that I was afraid of being pressured. I left for lunch to clear my head and mull things over and realized that I was getting a great price, a great new vehicle and a comfortable environment with very friendly people to help me purchase my new car. When I went back to the dealership, I signed some papers with Michelle, then went into the finance office with Miguel. I felt like such a pain asking so many questions, but he was fantastic and made sure I understood the paperwork 100 percent before signing anything. Since it was close to the end of closing time and their clean-up department was closed, I took my car home that night anyway(with a FULL tank of gas!) and she told me when I bring it back for a sticker, she would have it cleaned. I came in on Tuesday and Michelle was off that day, but Jim remembered me and brought my car down to service to get my inspection sticker from Andy and he even took it to have it detailed for me while I went to work. I was so happy with my experience and will NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you Michelle, Scott, Miguel, Jim and Andy!!

I was in the market for a high end pickup. The Ford sold itself. While had delaships much closer to my home, these guys really made sure I had EXACTLY what I wanted and at a fair price. Jim Dee was a great sales guy, the finance (Neil) and oversight (Eric) were are friendly and interested in making it happen and making me happy. No regrets.

This was my first experience going through a dealer to acquire a vehicle. David Diblasi was great to work with. His laid back, no pressure approach really made my wife and I feel comfortable. The vehicle itself is fantastic, and we got a phenomenal deal. We will be Herb Chambers customers going forward.

I had been interested in buying a truck for a few months. I decided it was time to check out what was being offered at some of the dealerships, so I ventured over to Herb Chambers in Braintree to check out the F150. My initial visit was on a Saturday and Ron came over to check on what I was looking at. He had a great disposition and made me feel very comfortable from the get go. My knowledge of the truck is somewhat limited and I let Ron know that I would be coming back again with a friend who would be able assist me. Ron didn't pressure me into any decisions, but he took the time to carefully go over the various features of the F150 and tried to guage what would satisfy my interests. I returned the next day with my friend who helped negotiate the deal. I had originally felt this might be akward, but Ron made it feel as part of the normal process. We took the truck for a test ride with the conversation not all about the purchase, but normal chit chat(which I enjoyed) as well as instuctions on how to use the different features the F150 offers. After I decided I would be interested in making an offer for the truck, we had an enjoyable back and forth before settling in on a price. I was extremely pleased that Ron was my dealer at Herb Chambers and will recommend him to anyone I know interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
