My wife and I have absolutely dreaded purchasing vehicles...

My wife and I have absolutely dreaded purchasing vehicles for the last 40 years. Reason being, the dealers don't listen and make the process difficult. About a month ago I visited Metro Ford in Raynham. Their big boss Mark Hampsted was informed that I wasn't planning to buy that day. So he felt I shouldn't have the privlidge of test driving one because of that. After leaving I phoned Herb Chambers in Braintree, speaking to a kid Brett. He didn't know a whole lot but was very eager to listen to everything I said. We spoke a couple more times over the next two weeks. I hadn't gotten the nerve up to go into another dealership yet. Then a Sales manager calls, Greg Merchanthouse. He let me know that he understood I wasn't crazy about dealers especially after Metro. But instead of beating me over the head to come in there, he said he would make things very simple. He figured out what I was looking for, sent Brett to my house with it. My wife and I test drove it. We went in the house, Brett let us know right off the bat what the best price was going to be. He then provided a type written quote signed by Greg which was good for two weeks. The next day I went to see Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree. No Contest, the greatest car buying experience I've ever had. Upfront, Professional, Showed they appreciated my business. Herb, if you read this you have 3 kids who take your reputation very seriously over at Ford in Braintree.

My experience with Herb Chambers Ford was absolutely flawless. My sales person was Ali and she treated me with respect and was exceptionally knowledgeable. I also use this dealership for service and they are a great group of people to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and already do to all my family and friends.

I recommend this dealership to anyone who would like an outstanding and pain-free experience with their new or used car purchase!! My salesman Jeff Magnet went out of his way to make the purchase of my new car easy and gave me the confidence in making the right purchase of a car that suits my needs! Other people in my family took my advice and purchased their new and used vehicles from Jeff at Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree and had the same satisfaction with their car purchases! John Swirbalus has been an outstanding salesman since purchasing my car in May. If I have questions on my car, warranty info anything, anything he has been great.He was a tremendous help at the time I was looking to buy. He put no pressure to purchase,gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision to buy. Being a woman, it was refreshing to get the respect and honesty I received from John. I would highly recommend John to all my friends. I will definetly look for John the next time I purchase a car, so hold onto him.

I purchased a 2006 Ford Explorer in August 2008. My experience was overwhelming. The salesman Jeff Magnet went out of his way with the demo drive and the delivery. Scott Lewis,the GM helped me with the pricing. Steve, I think that was his name, in the business office explained everything. I even purchased the extended warranty which I generally do not. On delivery day, I even received a thank you from someone named Eric. In my car buying experince I have never been happier as I was through this dalership. P.S. I just found this website

I was looking for a used expedtion el with every option for quite sometime, they are hard to come by and to find one in my budget. Ali looked for three months keeping in contact with my husband and me untill she found the right truck for us. Miguel was next to step in and complete the sale, he made it easy and painless. All these reasons is why I am giving Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree a 10 all around, I will refer anyone looking for a new or used car to them.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a car. Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree is by far the best dealership around. Before I purchased my car I went to many dealerships and none of them compare. I didn't feel pressured like you do at most dealerships, I was extremely happy! Thanks Will.
