I am very very satisfied with my new Escape.I am a traveling nurse and the escape gives me the room I need on the road and the gas mileage I get, with my escape is better than I thought. I worked with a wonderful sales representative that had great knowledge of the vehicles and he was very educated, and answered all my questions wonderfully. I highly suggest HC, and I would definately work with the salesman Will Smith.

i came into the dealer lloking for a work truck and was greated by a very polite salesman named will smith. wansn't the typical xxxxxxxx car salesman like the rest of them, was very knowledgble of the vehicle and its equipment. did not play games with me and was polite no run around i would recomend him to all of my costruction associates.

I have been in the market for a new vehicle since June...

I have been in the market for a new vehicle since June for my daughter. I was looking for a reliable vehicle with good gas mileage for my daughter too have for college, and drive home from New York on school vactions. I was very pleased with the ford focus, not only with gas mileage but the cost as well. My sales person, William was very easy going and worked very well with me and my daughter with getting us the car that we were looking for. Thank You Herb Chambers and William Smith.

I was very pleased with the staff at Herb Chambers. My sales representative (Will Smith) was very patient with helping me choose a preowned vehicle that would work best for me and my family.I highly reccomend Herb Chambers if your looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle.

I love my new Ford Explorer. I have done alot of research...

I love my new Ford Explorer. I have done alot of research online, with getting the best price, and low mileage. I was very pleased with the price of my new Explorer and the mileage that it had. It was like buying a new car, just preowned. I worked with Will and he made the sales process very fast and pleasant. I am very happy with my purchase. TY Herb Chambers.

Recently I brought my 2005 Explorer in for service work...

Recently I brought my 2005 Explorer in for service work at Herb chambers Ford, the visit was very pleasent the work was done on time and I was even treated to some donuts. I would recomend this dealership to anyone for servicing and repairs. great job!

I recently bought a new Edge and had a very enjoyable...

I recently bought a new Edge and had a very enjoyable experience. All interactions from the Internet liaison to the sales manager John Rico were pleasant. I have had bad experiences in the past, so I expected the worst -- I was wrong! I got a great price and definitely recommend Ford Braintree to everyone!!!

i have a perfect buying experience from the first call from Evan to help me set up a time to come in. until i purched a car with Ali McLaughlin and John Rico who made the whole time so relaxing and easy, i felt unpressed and that i was in total control of the whole experience

After dealing with an ignorant salesperson for 45...

After dealing with an ignorant salesperson for 45 minutes, I was torned over to the management team? No rspect. They tried to sell me at sticker price minus rebates. Who are they kidding. Stay away from Scott Lewis and managers Eric & John. I was able to purchase at another dealer and still be treated with respect.
