Jim Ellis is my lifeline in servicing my Chevy Colorado. I know that they are family orientated and honest-which puts my mind at ease. Ms Ratanza is so friendly, personable, and goes over and beyond to help you. I didn’t have any other transportation, and Jim Eli’s understood that, and serviced my vehicle. At 68 years old, a woman veteran, they understood that and respected that. I will Always go to Jim Elias. They are a God send🙏🏾
