Amanda was so helpful and made our process very

Amanda was so helpful and made our process very efficient. She answered many questions and gave us the information we needed without being overwhelming. I was going from a 2008 to a 2023 and she made sure I felt comfortable with the new features before leaving, which lots of other people probably wouldn’t do. I would recommend Amanda to anyone and she made my first brand new car experience so pleasant and memorable.

Hands down best car buying experience we have ever had

Hands down best car buying experience we have ever had with Amanda Burby. From our first conversation, she was thorough and listened to everything we said. The entire process went very smoothly with constant communication, and we were in and out of the dealership in an exceptional amount of time. This was my daughter’s first “new” car and Amanda took extra time to show her all the features and make sure she didn’t have any questions. Would 100% recommend Amanda and we’ll be returning to her for any future purchases.

Typical stealership. Overcharging, underperformed. Every time I bring my truck there, there is some new drama. Time to try elsewhere.

Very efficient and professional.

Very efficient and professional. Yet very personable and funny too. Leland has answered his photo and walked me through how to program my car seat position memory. We have the same car, and he is super patient and sweet about helping me too! We were able to drive away with our purchase in less than 4 hours! Highly recommend Leland, Andre and Patrick. They are a great team!

Dealt with Jim Ellis back in 1992 and again yesterday

Dealt with Jim Ellis back in 1992 and again yesterday when I picked up my long awaited Bolt EUV. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator. I highly recommend Amanda. Regarding the closing of the deal with their finance took much longer than I hoped. It sounds like recent EV law changes make navigating their software difficult. But they overcame the challenges. And I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience!
