I brought in my Volt for two problems.

I brought in my Volt for two problems. One was not found but a plausible explanation was offered. The other complaint was misunderstood so, therefore, not actually addressed. I don't know whether the misunderstanding was on the part of the service writer or the mechanic. Probably I will need to bring it back again in the near future.

I will bring in my Volt in another two weeks, together with my charger, to see what is going on that the mechanic did not address when you had it for several days.

Follow up from the service tech and clearly communicating service expectations. When I brought the issue directly the tech did not show interest to resolve and still has not returned a call yet. I called back twice to speak and that’s just not good service.

Went in to have the air conditioner fixed and ended up

Went in to have the air conditioner fixed and ended up needing an alignment which I did not need prior to the visit.

Why not 5 stars: - WiFi desperately needs updated. Completely useless for us to use to get work done while waiting - please give customers a better time estimate on service. I was told 2-3 hrs and it was over 6 hrs
