Service was great, staff is attentive; however I do

Service was great, staff is attentive; however I do believe they are price gouging. Things tend to cost more at a dealership I know, but the prices are ridiculous.

I thought I was doing the right thing by taking my car to

I thought I was doing the right thing by taking my car to the dealership for good service. Got totally ripped off!!! Had a leak under the car. They did not fixed the problem and charged over $3,000. Returned the car and they wanted to charge and additional $1,000 for now a transmission yoke leak. I said no way and took to a transmission shop and they diagnosed it correctly. and only charge $100 and fixed the leak. I got flecced by Jim Ellis and not even a call back from a service manager. They are just like any fly by night car repair shop
