The work that was done was done well. The concern I had was, I set an appointment and then dropped my car off only for it to sit for 2+ days waiting to be seen. On the third day I was told what needed to be fixed and at the last minute one more thing was added. Overall it was fine but I expected more as I’ve heard good things.

My initial purchase got off to a rocky start. However, Jim Ellis Chevrolet was very helpful and accommodating. Zane was the perfect salesman!
