I was not satisfied because my main concern was not addressed. The washer fluid signals low and nothing was done to correct the problem. And no explanation was given.

on my last visit for 15000 mile sevice mentioned to service agent that washer fluid fla,shing (low fluid). The agent said he did not know why?.I do not think it is a satisfactory answer.Please let me know what to do ?

Excellent service Department
My service advisor Retanza Grier was an excellent advisor. She kept me informed while I waited and checked on me to see if I needed anything. Thats how a service advisor should treat customers who own GM products. Thank you Ms. Grier I had to travel a 107 miles away from my service. It was fine. Had to get my key replaced which was expensive but it is what it is. It took a very long time, even with an appointment.
