Awesome service. Upscale Showroom
My experienced with AutoNation was awesome!!! My salesman Antoine did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted in a vehicle. He did not try to over sell me on something that wasn't important to me. His knowledge of the vehicle (2014 Buick Enclave) really put me at ease. Especially the safety features. I honestly thought he'd been working there for years, only to find out he was the rookie in the dealership! Kudos to Antoine, the finance manager (who was extremely helpful in her own right) and the entire AutoNation team.

Recall went great!
I brought my malibu in for recall service. I was greated promptly and the process was clearly explained. Then I waited for a short while in the beautiful, newly renovated waiting are. What a transformation this place has undergone! The shuttle ride home and back to the dealership was pleasant and really appreciated. The experience was very good and made the recall easy to tolerate.

I was in a crunch. My daughters car suddenly died. I didn't have the means budgeted for a new car. I decided to contact Auto Nation in Laurel. Had an appointment to meet with Richard, the same day my daughter was driving home in a used car. They stayed at our price point, and the car is safe up to date and reliable. A nice surprise!
I had an unexpected flat tire, and needed to get to work. I didn't have an appointment, but the rep over the phone instructed me to come in and see whether service could fit me in. When I arrived, Nia Livingston assessed my tire, and quickly/professionally assisted me. Fortunately, you all had my tire in stock, and I was able to wait and leave with my vehicle the same day within a reasonable amount of time without an appointment. Thanks so much!

Great service
I brought my car in for a recall notice. I had been told on the phone that it would take 1 1/2 hours, so I had made the decision to wait while the repair was taking place. Upon arrival, I was told it was a 3 hour repair. Not having that much time, I turned to leave. The service department quickly made the decision to have 2 service technicians assigned to my car so that I would not have to reschedule. I was out in less than 1 1/2 hours! Appreciate the customer service.
