My automatic start/stop feature wasn't working correctly.
My automatic start/stop feature wasn't working correctly. Cross Jeep ordered the part and replaced it under warranty. (Kevin had it diagnosed 2 minutes after plugging in the OBD reader). I will continue to use Cross as my dealership as they're no hassle, open to feedback and respectful of my time.
