Mark yates was very helpful we came in looking and one vehicle did not have options we wanted and was able to show a different vehicle close to the same price range of what we really wanted. Mark was very familiar with the product and was able to teach us about all the features the vehicle had to offer. The experience was great got us in and out in a fairly timely manner by keeping the process going. I absolutely can't say enough great things about Shawn Lopes at Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat! Every single vehicle-buying experience with him has been phenomenal over the last 10 years and this time was extraordinary because after buying my last 392 Jeep XR, I wanted something different, the new C8 Corvette. After making the rounds and multiple phone calls to Chevy dealers in the area, I was only to find out there were no Corvettes available to buy, although they are listed online as available. I did find one Chevy dealer that had an allocation but that may be weeks to a year to take possession. I talked to Shawn after having a very poor experience at a Chevy dealer and asked if Cross Chrysler Jeep could start carrying the new Corvettes because I was extremely frustrated that I could not find a dealer to mirror the personalized one-on-one customer service Shawn Lopes at Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat provides to customers. It might have been six weeks later that Shawn sent me a picture of a new Corvette, and that afternoon I was at Cross purchasing my new 2023 vette with 10 miles! I am lucky enough to have a sales specialist/dealer that values me as a customer and understands that I will always return to buy again from having that great customer experience. And now I realize, whatever my dream car is that Shawn goes well beyond the glass ceiling of getting what his customers want. Shawn exceeds all expectations and sets the bar high, that is why I struggle to go anywhere else, now I don’t have too! Shawn and the staff at Cross Jeep go above and beyond to take care of their customers, from the sale to the servicing department to the parts department.
