They don't stand behind their jeeps. They sold me a jeep with a cracked top, and they will not fix it. yea I have only drove the jeep 1 time to the gas station.

I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership. It was the 2nd vehicle I have bought from them, and I returned since I had such a great experience the first time. This time was even better. The name of the salesman that helped me was Mark Yates, and he was assisted by Chris Gass. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable, and made the process smooth and easy. Mark was able to help me find a finance plan that met my budget. The signing of the deal was handled by Matt Ward, who was also very knowledgeable and professional. I can not say enough about how great my experience was. I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to check them out. Their customer service is top notch! I could not be happier with my purchase.

I purchased a Used ( Red) 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 4WD 4D UTV 4-2.OL With a Removable Hard Top, on July 19, 2022! So I have had it for 2 weeks & 2 days! I have only driven it a few times, I have been driving my work car pretty much the whole I have had it ( it has been parked) I haven’t even taken the top off yet! So we were wiping it down on Sunday, 07/31/2022 & seen there was a crack in the rear right side hard top.So I had my Nephew go to Coss Chrysler Jeep today ( 08/04/2022) to show them & Chris GABEHART was my Salesman & he Brought out the General Manager ( David Moser) they looked at it & said they would not fix the crack ( they said it wasn’t there when we bought it) however I had originally test driove a different Jeep & when I got back from the test drive, the salesman Chris came out & told me it was already sold & he didn’t know it, so he then shows me the Red Jeep Shara Wrangler, which happen to be backed up against a fence, so I just looked in it & didn’t test drive it because I knew what the other Jeep drove like, so we proceeded inside to do the paperwork & We had to Hurry & get the paperwork done because I had to get a very sick cat to the Vet! So I didn’t get anytime to check everything over! So they told me they wouldn’t do anything about it, so they said the best thing for me to do is take it to their Collision shop they deal with ( Precision Collision). I took it to them & they said they couldn’t believe, that Cross wouldn’t fix it after only having it two weeks! So I now have to fork out $1,137.27 to get it fixed! And Chris said to tell the collision shop to give me Cross’s discount & the collision shop said there is no discount! So to say I am Very Disappointed & Very Heartbroken to be treated like this is sad! I never took the top off & now I will not be able to until It gets fixed! I will never do business with Cross Chrysler Jeep ever again after this & will not refer anyone else to them! I guess because I am a Woman they figure that They could just take advantage of me!
