Bad Customer Service
Scheduled an appointment to fix a lock on my Jeep - stopped working when using the key fob. They setup an appointment understanding the issue and when the day came, they advise I'd have to leave my Jeep for a few days!! No mention of this when booking the appointment and caused me to waste 60 minutes of my day. I will avoid this place going forward.

Really exceptional service and communication.
Really exceptional service and communication. Helped us with a military delivery I purchased while overseas. Chris G., was always quick to answer and help me through the process until I got to pick up the vehicle. This purchase was made through a military program and still the dealership was top notch without any financial benefit to them. Honestly, I know if where my future Jeep purchases are coming from even if it is a couple hour drive. Military friendly isn't lip service or bumper sticker material at this dealership, its authentic.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated, which was respectful and I didn't feel like they were trying to push me into something that I didn't want. I wasn't there near as long as i thought i would be either. Overall it was the best experience I have had buying a new vehicle.

The owner and salesman "Mark" were very easy to work
The owner and salesman "Mark" were very easy to work with. They listen to my needs and did not pressure me into a deal I didn't want. They made a promise to change out the tires, but the tires I wanted were the wrong size so they made it possible for me to get the type of tires and wheels at no additional cost.
