Bryan was knowledgeable and helped me through the buying process. He was positive and very personable! Bryan was able to explain the new features that went along with the (new )Murano! Chris Collins was also helpful and helped to make the process seamless. Kudos to the finance manager!

Pai checked me in and treated me with dignity and respect. Duece has always treated me and my wife with respect. We own 2 platinum Muranos that were bought and serviced there. Duece always makes sure we get the best pricing on any service performed on our vehicles. Duece and Pai make a great team in the service dept! Keep up the good customer service guys! My only concern would be Criswell Nissans police of charging 3% on credit card payments. I understand it's a business decision, but during these difficult economic turmoil, would you all please consider suspending temporarily that 3% surcharge? Your customers are the very people being affected by this government downsizing.. Just asking if Criswell Nissan can help out it's community a little during these difficult times. Thanks for listening

As usual fast and friendly service. I love that the service advisors do not push stuff on you if you do not need it. If you do need it they will advise you as such. Zero pressure. I drive from Frederick to come to Criswell. I have a Nissan dealership 10 minutes from my home. Loyalty plain and simple.
