If I could go negative with a review I would I was looking for a vehicle and looking to pay cash as anyone knows you never start someone new with a new car. They had what I was looking for I contacted them and got a promt E-mail response with a sales associate response the next day after that NOTHING as if I had the f@$ing plague.

Worst service ever - they had the car for over a month - still not fixed! Was called twice to pick up car - got there wasn't finished - tried to call on status - no one seemed to know - became concerned if they still had the car - finally picked up car after waiting for 7 weeks - still has not been fixed and have received no response from calls with this issue. Going elsewhere from now on!

Stay a way, I bought Honda Odyssey. After a while I discover that they gave me the wrong key. I called them and they admit their mistake but they won't replace it. What kind of deanship is this! poor customer service and very rude sale manager.

Shopping for an new Passport I contacted Luther Brookdale Honda, Lo did a nice job of communicating and supporting our buying needs as well as pricing. We did not purchase a vehicle yet, but feel we would make a purchase from Lo at Luther Brookdale Honda. Thank you!

Fasten your seatbelts. This is going to be a long ride. On July 14th, my boyfriend and I purchased a used silver 2017 HR-V from Luther Brookdale Honda and it was a TERRIBLE experience (to say the very least) Don’t get me wrong, I love our car. It’s been great. You can’t go wrong with a Honda. However, never in a million years would I recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here. Despite their “raving” online reviews, the staff that worked with us (young first time car buyers) were disgraceful, uninterested, and unethical. We scheduled an appointment with Tom Roycraft prior to arriving. We test drove a black 2018 HR-V, and we were interested in buying it. We got back to inform our salesman, Tom, and he stated he couldn’t sell it b/c it didn’t have enough miles on it. Seriously? It was advertised online as if it was ready to be purchased! We sat at Tom’s desk going back and forth about which car to buy, financing, etc. and he COMPLETELY checked-out from helping us. Luther Brookdale Honda’s website states, “From the moment you walk into our showroom, you’ll know our commitment to Customer Service is second to none. We strive to make your experience a good one.” Tom was more interested in his lunch break than helping us. He didn’t hesitate to answer his phone in the middle of our conversations, kept disappearing with no explanation, and removed his mask MULTIPLE. TIMES. If you’re COVID-19 conscious and want to stay healthy and safe, DO NOT GO HERE. There was one sanitizing station before entering the building, and several employees in the showroom didn’t even have a mask on! Hang on to your handles, because this is where the ride gets bumpy. Kortney Barker from finance had been “helping” us along the way. From the very beginning, we had clearly stated what our budget was and the monthly amount we would like to stay under. At first, she actually did her job and kept us under our budget. However, when she took us to her back office to sign papers, things started to go down hill. She offered us a warranty, and we had told her we were not interested. She said something like, “Now I’m supposed to give you the run-down on all of these warranty options. Don’t tell anyone I told you this, but out of these four options to choose from, I think you guys can get away with the least expensive one.” We politely declined again, stating that we have a four-moth-old baby, and would like to stay under budget. She went on. “Are you sure? When you break it down, it only costs $60 more a month!” We asked if the warranty covered things like oil changes, and breaks. “Um… no. Well, maybe the break pads?” Again, we declined. She persisted. “If you bring your vehicle in to get serviced, just hooking it up to the computer to see what’s wrong costs $180.” We were skeptical. “Imagine you need a part that costs $2,100. You will be saving money in the long run if you BUY THIS WARRANTY!” She mocked us, “Oh, is it not in your budget?” How RUDE! After her finessing first time car purchasers, Kortney coerced my bf to sign and he finally caved in. I don’t know who trains these people, but nagging customers to purchase things they aren’t interested in WRONG. She knew what she was doing. Kortney’s bio states “I am extremely proud to be a part of the Luther Group, and truly believe in the superior product that is Honda. My goal is always to provide ultimate guest satisfaction, and make you a customer for life!” If she REALLY believes that Honda is superior, why was she trying to sell us a vehicle warranty? Sorry Kortney, but we didn’t leave satisfied, and we sure won’t be your customers for life. The next day, we regretted caving into Kortney's scheme. We called and had the warranty taken off, but we still have to pay the same monthly fee, it'll just be payed off faster. My uncle called the GM about our experience, and told him he won't be using their business. The GM said we aren't good enough to buy there anyway! WHAT!?! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Wanted to charge us $2000 to replace fuel injectors (keep in mind the car has only 42k miles) and unwilling to help in any way after a case was opened with the service manager. All 2016 Pilots have a service bulletin out for this issue but Honda won’t recall. Fuel injectors were faulty upon manufacturing of the car, it’s a widespread issue, yet it’s our problem. I refuse to have Honda do the repair - will go to a reputable shop that is charging us literally half the price that Honda wants to charge us. Honda charges outrageous prices and wonders why we don’t have our car serviced with them. Definitely my last Honda.

The salesperson was Abbes Khaoni. I got a new Honda CR-V and wanted to trade my old car. I already informed that I don't have the title of my old car and need 2 weeks to get it from my previous state. He informed that it will take 3 months and we should take the new car and come back later to sell the old car. They appraise my old car and offered $1100 and said that the price will be almost same, if I come before 1 month. I went back after 16 days and they offered me only $300. I already informed them while buying that the trade in value is important as I already went over budget to get the new car. But he lied to me completely and took advantage of my situation. When I complained on it, he was very rude and disrespectful and completely denied everything. I complained to his manager too, but they are all in it together. Will never go back and will advise all my friends to avoid the dealership.

I sent a request for specific information pertaining to vehicle and anticipated an email response since a phone number was not provided. However, I received a phone call early the following day without providing a phone number. What did they do skip trace my home number based upon name and city? I think it was rude to respond in this fashion.
