Super service department, gives you options as to what needs to be done and what is more elective. The cost is not small, but long-term you sustain your car in excellent shape

I think this is one of the best ram service department the staff ie excellent, I would like to give Kodos to the services person I delt with he is special and kept me updated on everything, I would also like to mention a salesman name yomi Bello he is outstanding.

Very good service experience. Unfortunately there is an issue with the door closing controls that never manifest when the vehicle is at the dealership. Concerned that this issue will be a problem when vehicle goes out of warranty

Was able to schedule an afternoon appointment on the same day. Dropped my car off for service (oil change and tire rotation) and it was done expeditiously. Good Job.....

Accommodating
I needed service, but I also had thought I might have damaged my car cause I hit the corner of a curb. They got me in the next day. Checked everything out and I also had my service call that was needed for normal maintenance. Feel like I see the same people every time which is reassuring.

Worst car buying experience of my life.
Worst car buying experience of my life. I understand the concept of supply and demand, but good customer service should not be based on supply. I was defrauded because I was lured into this dealership with a $47,063 price for a 2023 Toyota Sienna AWD from the salesperson. Upon arrival I was told by the sales manager Eric that the cost has went up by $1600. He basically told us it was supply and demand and because he could raise the price, he did. Eric then went on to treat us very rudely placing time limits on our decision based on the changing conditions he created. I do not recommend spending your money at this dealership.
