Consistently great customer service
After a great experience having our cars serviced at Holler and terrible experience at another dealership, it was an easy choice to purchase from Holler. Troy Sterchele was so kind and patient. He went over and beyond in all areas to make it a great experience, as did all the staff. My kids even noticed the difference from our last buying experience. We left feeling confident in the purchase and will definitely return for service. We had a terrible experience with our last experience at another dealer in Orlando. Honesty, good products, and customer service will win our business and that’s Holler. Thanks, Troy and the rest of the team.

No Back and Forth at Holler
This is now my second car from Holler Honda. I appreciate that there is no back and forth or haggling over price. Our sales consultant - Ghulam was great and very knowledgeable. I will continue to shop here for future cars.

They will break your car and not care
Took Odyssey in to replace defective takata airbags, before we even got there one of the salesman was texting me trying to sell me a new car, after making my wife wait two and a half hours they informed her that the technician would not be able to get to our car and gave her a loner (why they just didn't say that in the first place I don't know) service technicians then damaged my ignition. No one would call me back or cover the repair cost. Pretty much what I've come to expect from the other ships

Great experience
Alberto Jimenez was my go to man for my service. Brought my car in for a simple oil change but had additional problems with my car. There was a deteriorated seal where my transmission fluid and the oil met. Another 2 hour job. Had already been there for 2 hours and could not stay any longer. He offered a shuttle ride home for me. AJ is very professional and explained in detail what was wrong with my car. Thank you AJ.
