Excellent buying experience!

Salesman Peter Tran and entire staff were excellent. No BS atmosphere!! Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and Competitive pricing. Conveniently located. I recommend Holler Honda for your next new or used vehicle purchase.

Robin

This was my first purchase from Honda. I was very hesitant to buy a car, as I haven’t purchased a car in over 20 years. This was the first of many dealerships I visited and was approached by Eric Bethel and from that moment on, I was at ease. He was very knowledgeable of all models I looked at and even better explained everything to me so I could understand and follow along. I walked away the first day feeling he had set the bar so high for other places I was going to visit. No one at any other place I went could even come close to Eric and how well he treated me. I knew after visiting a few other brands and dealers that I wanted to buy from Eric and Holler Honda on Semoran Boulevard in Orlando. From start to finish of the whole car buying process far exceeded my expectations! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. I am enjoying driving my new Honda CRV and am so thankful to Eric Bethel and the entire team at Holler Honda for making my car buying experience easy and fun!

Great service

Alberto Jiménez a.k.a AJ really made the whole service process easy and understandable. He was very polite and friendly especially compared to some of his colleagues who seemed a bit more short. If you ever have an issue ask got AJ if you want friendly and efficient service. He kept me up to date in every issue. Even when I called asking for him and he wasn’t available he didn’t take long to give me a call back. Really appreciate good service

CRV Touring

John Chhotani was wonderful, Frank Rickards was wonderful but I was not overly fond of Jan one of your managers, he needs a class on diplomacy with customers. I was quoted an OTD price and when I went to pay it was a difference just under $125.00 and he refused to budge and became argumentative, I almost cancelled the deal but Frank and John worked their magic and saved the day.

Airbag Recall

I took my car for repair of a recall item. Upon arrival, I was promptly attended by my service consultant, Scott Farrier, explaining the repairs to be performed and how long it would take. He also recommended an additional repair that was immediately observed during initial inspection of my car, which I agreed with. The repairs and service were done in time as promised. While waiting, the customer lounge is very well appointed, complete with comfortable furnitures, variety of beverages and snack items, and entertainment/reading materials, in addition to a separate children area. My overall experience is outstanding.

Professional and Courteous Purchase Experience

Steve Belk (Sales) and Daniel Hayiahwazi (Finance) did an excellent job throughout the purchase process. We had researched the Ridgeline on line, the trade value of our vehicle, and there were no gimmicks or pressure at any time. Second new purchase there and I pass by two closer Honda dealerships to go there.

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!

WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER.....my nephew took his CRV in for a powersteering leak and was recommended to change the shocks and pay for an alignment. (Over $600 in repairs) NO MENTION OF THE POWER STEERING. Then was told the power steering leak was coming from the driveshafts. Then was told the technician did not find anything leaking. I told the service rep that he has been adding fluid to the system for a month to keep it from running dry. Then I was told something in power steering was loose and was tightened by the technician. I asked "what was loose" and the service rep could not answer the question. I would have gladly paid the diagnosis fee if the technician just found something loose and tightened it. But instead of getting an honest diagnosis of the vehicle, all I got was a bunch of lies and added cost. Plus we were told by the Manager to never bring our vehicle back there again.....I guess we expect too much honesty.... Piece of advice, ask more questions before having this dealership service your vehicle....I guarantee they are overcharging you, and you will re think giving it 4 - 5 stars. So in response to the owner reply, our vehicle was under warranty so we did not " demand free service" and any reputable dealership in the United States offers loaner cars as a courtesy to the customer while the vehicle is being serviced. By the way your dealership kept them waiting there for over 2 hours instead of giving him the loaner car so he can go to school. As for the diagnosis, the service rep was "selling" the fact that the power steering leak was caused by the drive shafts and the shocks..... So if I didn't know about the power steering system I would have paid 600 to get my car fixed.

Thank you Kris for taking the time to leave us a review. When you first arrived at our dealership, you demanded free service and a free rental. The warranty you brought in was a third party warranty, which we would have honored upon verifying what it covers. The next day, when you signed that you understood the charges and agreed to pay the diagnostic fee, we were able to fully inspect your nephew's vehicle. Despite the fact that we fixed items on the vehicle, we were only going to charge the initial diagnostic fee. As you mentioned in your review, our technician did tighten the pressure line to the power steering rack. It was not our intention to keep this detail from you, and we apologize for making it seem that way. Unfortunately, you refused to pay the fee you had already agreed to pay, then made a scene, creating an uncomfortable environment for our employees and guests. This is why we asked you to leave. Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business.

Eric Bethel, Awesome Salesman!

I purchased a new Honda vehicle at Holler Honda last Friday and received great service. Eric Bethel listened to the many things I was looking for in a vehicle and provided me with the many options Holler Honda has to offer. He was very knowledgeable, showed me every feature of each vehicle and even sent me a personalized video with each vehicle. Mr. Soto from finance was very thorough and very patient. He was not in a rush and made sure I understood all the details of the protection plans and contract. The manager was also very accommodating. Holler Honda, you will always get my business 🙂

Great Service!

I went in to buyout my 2016 Honda Accord. I had a great experience a couple years ago with TL aaa my sales rep. I can back to her because she knowledgeable, nice, and understanding. We had the financing completed with Eddy, who was also awesome, before I got there so it was quick, fast, and easy!
