This is a REALLY nice dealership. The staff I had the pleasure of working with was Dane Thompson (Auto repair services), TL (Sales Floor, and I think Carlos is his name (Service Tech). They were all great! Dane is very personable and a good listener; Mrs. TL listens, is laid back (chill demeanor) and gives you space to think; Carlos is personable and communicates clearly what's going on now and not afraid to ask you questions. Go check this dealership out...they handled my Accord Sport Recall and almost sold me the new 2019 Honda Passport...at which some day I will get. This is the second Honda we have bought with Ms. TL Dancy's assistance. She found exactly what we were seeking, went to another location, and brought the vehicle (a 2016 Accord EX-L) back to the Holler dealership on SR 436. Ms. Dancy listened to us and explained the process every step of the way. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable or pleasant salesperson.
