This was my first experience at Holler Honda but from my first visit to their website to driving off the lot with my new Accord, every step was pleasant. I was impressed by the first followup to my online inquiry by Monique Reyes, who connected me to my sales representative, Troy Sterchele. Troy met me at the door to welcome me when I arrived for my appointment time. Troy was highly knowledgeable of the many features of the Accord Touring and went above and beyond in demonstrating and explaining the safety, comfort, and technical features of the vehicle during the test drive and back in the showroom. Vanessa Meneses, Finance Representative, clearly presented all my options and provided me with all paperwork and efficiently handled my trade, transfer of title, tags, and financing. Thanks to her clear explanations I felt confident that I had the knowledge to make informed decisions. The 2018/2019 technology is so much better than my previous 2015 Honda and Peter spent an hour going over all the new features!

John did a great job explaining the features of the car and made sure that they matched what I was looking for in a vehicle. Test drive reinforced the evaluation. He then took the time to walk me through the setup of many automated benefits of the car. Great experience shopping and selecting the new vehicle.
