Never expected the kind of service I received. I was helped by Wesley and Pat who provided an exceptional service in explaining the features of the vehicle I purchased. The finance person whose name I can't remember (I know he is from Egypt), did an excellent job with our financing. The entire staff was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. I will be recommending this company to all my friends who are thinking of purchasing a vehicle. I have always disliked going to an auto dealership because the sales people were usually so pushy. This was a totally different experience. Great job guys.

Mo Ghaffer is the easiest salesperson I I have ever worked with and knowledgeable as well. He made our new accord purchase a smooth one. The only con is the process overall always takes such a long time. we were there for three hours and I didn’t even have to test drive as I had done so previously at another dealership. The finance employee was easy to work with hurried the process as much as he could when he learned we were facing a time crunch.

Thanks to Alberto Jimenez, service adviser. He’s very nice, friendly and professional. I appreciate him for listening and explaining me very patiently. I always come here if my car needs care because everyone is nice and helpful. All people smiled and asked me when I arrived at the entrance and when I was walking outside. That was very nice.

Taking an ailing 16 yr old cr-v in for Service had me very anxious. Dane Thompson handled the evaluation and the bad news well. He not only had bad news but great options. He put me in touch with Wil Buitrago and Wesley Shumpert and they patiently walked me through me options and I finally got a great deal. Was a wonderful experience. I was going to use a car buying service, but they were great and I think I did better with them than any other way. The not on commission staff could teach some hospitality sites a lot. Highly recommend.

I Highly command him. In Sales Mr. "MO".Excellent,at insuring all is "A" OK. for me.Up to the minute,I drove off with my new Honda CRV. As well as once was home,by phone call and email. Worked with Shy (Shyamsunder Guthala) he was great. Knew my vehicle inside and out. Very friendly, did everything to make our time as pleasant as possible. The gentleman who provided me with my trade in value (sorry I think his name was Ricardo) was great. didn't try to undercut me. Was very honest and I have to say gave me great value (what I was expected base on my researched) for my truck. The Finance gentlemen was friendly, quick and had everything ready for us when we came in. Thank you best car buying experience …. ever.
