Easy to deal with

Frank Nero had an exceptional knowledge of everything in my new Honda Ridgeline. I never felt pressured by him and when the wait for financing drug on a little while, he was very attentive---making sure there was nothing we needed while we waited. We had a nice conversation and he gave me his cell number in case I needed help with anything on my new car. Vanessa Meneses was very cordial and checked with several banks before finding me a great interest rate. So many times these days I complain about people not putting forth the effort to do their job well, but everyone we met at Holler Honda cared and it showed.

No Gimmicks!

After shopping around, I purchased a Pilot from Pasquale Lobianco. The "out the door" price quoted to me over the phone was truly what I paid. There were no gimmicks. No bait and switch. Pasquale was true to his word. Excellent!

Smooth and honest

Great service, Drew was very honest and helpful, they try to fix my car without pushing you a bunch of other unnecessary items, also they always communicate to me about the status of my soccer's mom van tks.

Professional service, thanks to Drew

I wanted to check the condition of the tires and went to the Holler Honda. Drew, as soon as he greeted me and he noticed and told me that I needed to change the tires before I asked him about it. He set up the installation of the tires along with a general check-up. Everything was very smooth and done much faster than I expected. Drew, he’s very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Drew to my friends as a professional service advisor.

Outstanding service and parts employees

First visit to Holler for my 2013 pre owned certified Ridgeline. Manuel Vando was a great service rep, I needed some license plate clips so I went to Parts and purchased them from a friendly and knowledgeable Parts crew then window shopped for a lease car for my wife with a very accommodating sales rep. All in all it was a banner visit.

Me. Virginia Law

My Rep was Alberto Jimenez. He was very professional and quite the gentleman. He met me at my car and actually helped me out of my car. We proceeded into the dealership and brought up my account. My appt was for an oil change but he advised that I was due for other services. I told him that I really couldn't afford anything more, but there were several specials for the services I needed. He also saved me more money on my oil change. The total came to $286. Which I felt was not bad at all. He told me it would take 2 hours and my car was ready in 2 hours. And the final price was less than what he initially quoted. I am very pleased with my visit to Holler and will continue to bring my car in the future. Thank you for making me feel important.

Colleen rocks!

Colleen was very friendly and helpful. She made my warranty repair go smooth and I'm very satisfied. My 3rd Accord and I remain a die hard Honda fan. Keep up the good work!
