Pleasant Test Drive

My wife and I went to Holler Honda on Sunday, June 10 to test drive a 2018 CR-V. We were met by Mo Ghaffar, a very personable salesman and interested in what we were looking for. We have dealt with Holler dealerships for decades, so we knew what to expect - friendliness, courtesy and a low-key approach. We were not disappointed. Our test drive was good and Mo explained some of the aspects of the CR-V during our drive. Although we did not purchase a Honda, we were treated well and wouldn't hesitate to refer Mo should the occasion arise.

Great Service!

We purchased a 2018 CR-V in December so this was our first oil change. Dane Thompson was our service person and was awesome. He answered a question we had about our vehicle's upholstery and we were very satisfied. The wait time was about an hour which wasn't bad and the dealership has a comfortable waiting area including coffee, snacks and a charging station.

Fantastic Service Team!

Last Friday, 8 June 2018, I took my 2008 Honda FIT in for a potential Brake issue. Al Edgerton was my assigned Service Tech and did a great job keeping me informed. The assessment tok about an hour and I was off on the "Road" again. Thanks to the entire Service Team they have kept my FIT more than fit!

Professional and Customer Oriented

Excellent Customer Service by all Service Personnel. Hours of the Service shop excellent which makes it easy to make appointments. Facilities are comfortable and clean.
