New 2018 Honda Civic

I stopped by Holler yesterday to meet with the sales team to look over some options as my old 2015 Civic was coming up on the end of its lease. I met with Mohammad Ghaffer and Edgar Callabaro. It is worth to note, three of my family members had a fantastic experience buying from "Mo" in the past, so I knew I would be in great hands for my own experience. The two took the time to thoroughly review my options, and walk me through which model would best fit my budget and expectations. They are extremely professional, and truly wanted to ensure I had the best experience with Holler. I am proud to say I selected the 2018 Honda Civic LX and could not be happier with the result! A huge thank you to Mo & Edgar and the ENTIRE team at Holler! First class all the way!

Most enjoyable car buying experience I have had.

Working with Mohammad "Mo" Ghaffar, Sales Consultant and Ricardo Blanco, Sales Manager was the most enjoyable of the 21 car buying experiences I have bought in my life time. From the time my wife and I were introduced to these two until we signed the final paper work I felt they really cared about providing us with the car we wanted. That, along with a very professional support team of Richard Drexel, Senior Sales Manager and Steven Soto, Finance Representative who took the tiime to explain all the options we had in our financing, we knew we had a good deal. We highly recommend buying a car with this Holler Honda sales team.

Great service

All of the sales people are friendly. They set up my car with Bluetooth and made sure I understood all of the features of the car.

New car purchase experience

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the general appearance of Holler Honda facility and staff and were especially impressed by the courteousy, professionalism and extensive knowledge of our salesman Peter Tran. Peter had responded to my wife's email about the vehicle we were interested in and was readily available when we arrived. Peter was an encyclopedia on everything about our vehicle. He answered our all of our questions in "spades" and then some! I really believe Peter is one of the best salesman I have ever encountered throughout my 70 years of car buying! We were offered a fair price for our trade-in and the rest is history. And it wasn't only Peter, but the whole operation reeked with poffesionalism! Even the finance guy Eddie, was able to convince me that the maintenance program they offered was worth every penny. So of course I purchased it. This is the first time I have ever purchased one of these because as a maintenance guy myself, I've always performed my own work. So overall, Holler Honda is one of the best car-buying experiences we have ever had and we highly recommend checking these guys out first if you need a new car!

Great Service

My service rep was Dylan Sangil. I always ask for him because he is friendly and knowledgeable. He explains everything they are going to do to the vehicle, even when I bring it in for maintenance. I have been going to Dylan for over a year and will continue to request him when I need service on my 2017 Honda Civic. I drive over an 1 1/2 hours to go to this dealership for service even though I have a dealership 10 minutes from where I live.

Great

We had a great experience last week at Holler Honda service with Manuel Vando. He was extremely helpful and amiable. He listed out all of the services my car needed with each cost, and explained why the services are needed. I couldn’t complete the service that day, but will definitely schedule an appointment again with Mr. Vando to return and get that completed.
