I had an excellent experience purchasing my Mercedes-Benz CLS 550 at Drivers Mart Winter Park. I’m absolutely thrilled with the car, it’s beautiful and drives perfectly. What really stood out was how seamless the entire process was. Everything was handled in one place, from financing to car registration and paperwork, which made the experience smooth, efficient, and stress-free. A special thank you to Vernon Johnson, my salesperson. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly understood the process inside and out. He put the deal together efficiently while keeping everything straightforward and comfortable from beginning to end. I have been going there for the past 15 years and always

I have been going there for the past 15 years and always get great service and value. This time my salesman was Juan Lopez and was very informative and professional.

Our experience with DriversMart was an absolute disaster

Our experience with DriversMart was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We went in to test drive a specific car, and Anthony was the first to greet us. That was the last thing he did competently. After the test drive, we found the passenger side AC wasn’t blowing cold air. A manager told us they would fix it only if we put down a deposit. We agreed, and were promised the car would be ready Monday. Monday came and nothing. Suddenly the part “wasn’t in.” Then it would be ready “by the end of the week.” Then “definitely Tuesday.” Tuesday arrived and, shocker, the part still didn’t exist. Now it would be “within two weeks.” During those two weeks, the car stayed online and we were repeatedly contacted by other salespeople trying to sell us the same car we had already put a deposit on. Anthony claimed he would “take care of it.” Instead, the car showed up as sold. When we emailed him, he sent a generic, clueless response confirming it was sold, proving he had no idea what was going on and no interest in finding out. We called a manager, who told us the car wasn’t sold at all, it was “taken offline because it was on hold for us.” Only then did we finally get real updates, and it looked like the part might actually arrive. Then the car appeared for sale at another dealership. DriversMart strung us along for a full month for a part I’m not convinced they ever ordered, wasted our time, lied to us repeatedly, and then dumped the car onto another dealership without fixing anything. Mike, the general manager, called us pretending to care and said he’d follow up to “make things right.” He never called back. This dealership is a joke. Anthony was completely incompetent, Mike didn’t follow through on a single thing he said, and the entire operation is built on excuses, miscommunication, and outright dishonesty. DriversMart wasted our time, our money, and our patience. If this review saves even one person from dealing with this circus, it’s worth writing.

They lack integrity and fail to conduct professional

They lack integrity and fail to conduct professional business. I purchased a car to be shipped and they said it would arrive in 3 days but took 12. The GM never returned my call despite being on site. I was told by Kamal (a manager) he’d refund part of my shipping fee to not cancel the deal, but never received it. They were dishonest saying the car had shipped so I asked for tracking info and they started blaming each other. The car finally arrived dirty, w/ the gas light on, and only 1 key despite noting there were 2. Fees are excessive as well, especially considering such subpar service. Management is poor and seems only concerned w/ closing the deal by any means. Gerald, the business manager, totally avoided calls after receiving the bank wired funds despite my car being shipped to the wrong state and address. By far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a car purchase. This isn’t a deserving place of my repeat business but definitely a business to be avoided based on my experience despite purchasing many vehicles from out of state. **As an addendum, the new GM reached out post my review and refunded a portion of my shipping fee, which was commendable. Thanks

This transaction had some issues.

This transaction had some issues. There was a problem with the paperwork, so that the Driver's Mart finance department and I had to send stuff back and forth using UPS. It all worked' I have the car, and it is really nice.

I was greeted with a warm welcome from a gentleman named John. He knows his stuff and took the time to work with me. I knew what I was looking and he looked up the car and brought it out. We test drove and I like the car. He worked up the numbers and I am happy with the car and the deal we made. Great place to get a car. Thanks guys.

My experience with Driver’s Mart has been extremely

My experience with Driver’s Mart has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I raised clear concerns about the condition of the vehicle, but the staff was dismissive and made little effort to actually look into the issues. Instead, I felt like they were just trying to get me to go away rather than stand behind the car they sold. What makes this worse is that the true condition of the car was not fully disclosed at the time of purchase. Important safety-related concerns should have been addressed up front, but instead I was left running back and forth to prove what I already knew was wrong. That is not the kind of honesty or professionalism I expect from a dealership. I would caution anyone considering a purchase here: don’t take their word for it, and get everything independently verified before signing anything.
