Service of F150
Had some issues with my tailgate step and bed rails on a new F150. Les and Curtis worked with me and diagnosed the issues were from factory defects. They ordered replacement parts and had my truck fixed within a week. They even provided a rental so I didn't have to miss work during the repair.

Excellent Experience at Apple Ford!
I needed to get 2 rims repaired under my wheel/tire warranty. Kevin Ford did a great job coordinating with my warranty provider and the repair contractor and scheduled my appointment for me when I was available. When I arrived to drop off my car, he personally met me and took care of everything. The dealership also offered a courtesy van to/from my work which was extremely convenient. My rims look great again and the entire experience was excellent!

Daniel Ortiz is what you want in a salesperson!
Daniel eagerly jumped in when I wanted a salesperson, and answered ALL of my questions. Let me take out several different versions of the car I liked just to experience the distinctions myself. He made me feel like the color I loved (Ruby Red) was the coolest color on the planet! It was fun to have him share in my excitement. He was pleasant to chat with and very helpful during the test drives, especially when explaining safety features, which were my main focus. Daniel offered follow-up without badgering like other dealerships. You will enjoy working with him. Si necesitas ayuda: El habla espanol

Deceptively ambiguous and unprofessional
I wanted to buy a new Focus. The sales associate, Skyler, was friendly but moved too quickly toward a sale, only to become sluggish and drawn out during the negotiations. The negotiations were terrible. I couldn't get a straight answer out of Skyler, who would try and get me caught up in complex pricing schemes using a "three column" approach, and interest rates that seemed to appear out of thin air. The interest rates were just written down on the dealership's letterhead, and the "rebates" were not itemized - they were simply flat, arbitrary deductions. I finally got to speak with the finance manager, Chris Bailey, who, upon sensing my anger and frustration, attempted to calm me down with a very mild voice, yet a dominant demeanor and eye contact that lasted awkwardly long. Extremely bizarre man. I wanted to see the interest rate that the banks offered me, considering I have a 770 credit score, I knew they were lower than the 5% I was being presented. Chris refused to show me what the banks had sent him, and instead said: "You qualified for 2.9 and we added 2 percent on top, Ok?" "But I can charge you whatever I want!" "You're a rude negotiator!" I once again asked to see that in writing, to no avail. Chris walked away from discussions after that point, and we were all heated. I left without buying the car, needless to say. Had they been transparent, I was ready to buy the car. But the lack of transparency and blatant disrespect means I won't offer this dealer my business. Be a skeptic, it pays better.

We are sorry to hear that you left feeling this way. We do try to be fully transparent, which is why we present several payment options for the customer to choose the one that works best for them. We do value your feedback and if you would like to discuss this in further detail, please email me at ncharette@appleford.com. Thank you.
Total lack of response
I've tried since November, 2016, to get a response from Curtis Ford regarding an ongoing problem with my Ford Escape. This car has been plagued with problems. I've sent emails and even went to see Curtis about one specific recurring problem that he agrees is a defect. Today I have never even been given the courtesy of one single response. So much for trying to be reasonable.

Sales manager is arrogant
Let me start by saying I've always owned ford trucks. Sold my last one in 2010 when gas prices were high and bought a car. Now that I was in the market to buy a truck again I naturally would look at hopping back into a ford truck right? Well after my experience at this dealership, no. Walked in there with a express check in hand, explained to the salesman before I even walked in that my bank doesn't do rollovers of negative equity into new loans. You have to either take out a personal loan or there has to be enough incentives off the truck to make it a "wash", then it could be rolled in. Any finance manager could have dealt with that once it got there but the sales manager, who was arrogant as can be decided to not let it get that far. I could hear his rude comments from sitting at the salesmans desk, so finally I walked over there and began to just argue with him directly. After a few minutes it was clear that he felt I was too stupid for this conversation with him so I decided my check, mind you I could have walked right back to the bank and gotten another check for up to $55,000, was no longer good there. Went to a Chevrolet dealership. Didn't have to argue with the sales manager once, got a nicer truck with more features and more for my trade in. Oh and they handled my bank stuff without a problem ;) so thank you whoever the sales manager was that treated me like I was stupid and not worth your business, you have lost a lifelong ford fan and future business and turned him to Chevrolet.

Fabulous Service!
Curtis Ford is the most responsive, respectful service manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There was a problem with a hubcap after my car was serviced, and Curtis listened carefully, with clear intent to understand the nature of my concern. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensure my satisfaction! He provided fabulous service, and I am most grateful!

Cold and bitter
Wish there was a 0.. very limited over the phone, never gave much detail of vehicle, no motivation to sell, just going with the motion.. made us drive over 2 hrs from out of state to find out from another sales person who greeted us, that the vehicle we were looking at, was sold a few days prior, so basically noone ever checked to see if the vehicle was still there or not.. of course he didn't know it was sold a couple of days prior. No apologies, no nothing.. nice one, I guess people still get paid not to work and waste people's time traveling from a far.. it's ok buddy, I found my vehicle somewhere else :).

We are very sorry to hear this happened as we never want anyone to travel so far for the vehicle not to be available for purchase. We will look into the situation so this problem does not happen again, please contact ncharette@appleford.com so we can get more information from you.
