Joseph, Great customer service is when you receive professional, prompt and efficient and the staff is friendly, helpful and happy to serve you. I had such a great experience with Mr. Michael Dupye. He stroked up a conversation, made me feel as ease, and provided great customer service from beginning to end with no pressure or arm twisting. He made me feel that I was important to him and obtaining the vehicle of my wife choice was his goal. He provided such great customer service I returned and traded-in my car and purchased another with him.

2011 Infiniti G37X
I had be in the market for quite some time searching for a new "used" car. An associate referred me to Antwerpen and I am so glad they did. Met Marty Ferris and had to buy the car from him. Outstanding customer service and they NOW have a customer for life.

oil change service 3000 mies
I took my car in to have it serviced, oil change and check transmission. Chuck-manager was outstanding taking care of my needs. gave me a good deal on detailing my car and good price to come back and possibly get the bumper painted. He is first class. the service guys did a great job on the detailing. because of this I will always come back.

Great service and experience
Great experience! Went into dealership to just look with a bank check and Kenny came out to help me. He was great. He listened to what my wife and I wanted. He offered to get a better deal than my bank and a great price on a car that I thought was beyond my finances. Awesome service. I recommend this dealership very much. Never going back
I walked in knowing which vehicle I wanted, as it was it was sitting in front of the store. Salesman approached me, was nice. But that was it. The listing on my car was that there was Navigation system with a SD card. When I asked the salesman, he said that it should come with it and that he would look into. There were also some scratches on the car and it needed to be detailed. Before I took delivery of the car, the salesman told me that they would contact the Nissan dealership and get us a card. I took delivery of the vehicle because I believed my salesman when he told me that he would get some touch up paint and have his guys fix my car or he would give it to us to do ourselves. He also told me that he would get me a SD car for my Navigation system. I bought the car on July 14, I was at the dealership almost every week having to stop by to pick up something. When I called the dealership about 3 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, I called to find out about the SD card and I had a question about my sunroof. I was told the salesman that I was working with was not in at that time and that someone would call me back. I received a call back later that day advising that the salesman I was working with was no longer working there and that my SD card would be ordered as it had not been ordered yet. I waited a week and a half and called back to find out if my other loan had been paid off and to inquire about the status of my SD card. I spoke to the manager Matt, who told me that the card was ordered and that it had to go through the Toyota store and then it had to be sent to them and that when it comes in they would contact me and make arrangements for me to get it from them and then we could then go our separate ways. I figured since I was talking to the manager, I could express my dissatisfaction with the store. I told him how unhappy I was that I had to be dealing with the dealership almost every week since I purchased the car. He cut me off and told me that he was not going to listen to me berate him, which I was not doing. He then told me that the salesman I was working with was no longer working there because of me and that he should have told me that there was no SD car and that it was a used car, there would be scratches and dents. He then told me that if I wanted a new car to go to CarMax and buy one from them. He finished by saying that when the SD card comes in they will send it to me and we can cut ties. I asked him what type of customer service that was and how did he expect me to tell others to go to his place and that I would never do business with them again. He said that was fine and he figured as much and then hung up on me.
