THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I was consulted by the Salesman Mark Reinhart after making a deal he allowed another dealer to sell the BMW 335i that I truly wanted to anther customer through another dealer at the same dealership, Mark Reinhart promised to call me back day after day within a weeks time but I had to call him everyday just to get my calls forwarded after 5 days I finally went to the dealership just to find him giving me some dry excuse as to why he allowed another dealer to sell the sought after car that I wanted knowing I was driving a rental car costing me money in the process when I finally seen him on that Saturday morning he told me he allowed it to happen did it saying he had a bad day and didn't even decided to recognize the fact I was the first person interested in the car now I'm back to square one with looking for a car and still spending money ken a rental car because of this particular dealer Mark Reinhart!!!! and Antwerpen Auto World. And after it was all said and done he didn't even apologize for his un-professionalism he just shrugged his shoulders and said "it is what it is!" Future buyers beware of this dealership and particularly this salesman Mark Reinhart to them it's is only ABOUT THE MONEY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ETHICS NOR MORALS WHEN IT COMES TO THIER CUSTOMERS!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was strung along for a whole week by Mark Rinehart about a BMW 335i I really wanted he promised he would call me back but never did I had to do all the work, just to find out it was sold during the time we were suppose to make a deal to another customer I was put on the back burner for no reason Mark Reinhart would not call me back nor make a deal on the car I was truly wanted, it's all about the money at this dealership be careful with dealing with these salesman!! After a week I had to go there in person just to find out out he allowed another dealer to sell the car even though I wanted the car and the car wasn't even Maryland state inspected AT ALL!! And wanted me to pay in prefer to make the Maryland inspection standard!! The dealer Mark Reinhart allowed me to waste my time and my money knowing I was renting a rental car thinking I was going to get the BMW 335i but had no intention of calling me back!! I called him back once a day for a whole week and in that time he forward my calls and wouldn't answer the phone after the 3rd day I experienced a horrible customer service here!! Be careful with dealing with this dealership they only want the money and not caring about your well being nor actually getting in the CAR THAT YOU ACTUALLY WANT!! The general manager here also dragged his feet!! With the deal also!! And the car is still on sites even though it's been sold already buyers be aware of this dealership!!!!!!

Unsatisfied Customer
I bought a 2005 Mercedes from them December 2013 and it was suppose to be in excellent condition. The check engine light was on and the dealership took it to the Mercedes dealer where they apparently serviced and fixed the problem. I don't drive the vehicle a lot, however when I did drive it the check engine light came back on. I took it to Auto Stream for a diagnostic and oil change. Conclusion they found that my oil gasket seal and transmission gasket were both leaking. $1100.00 later I find myself having to foot this bill. I had been trying to contact my sales person and the service department with no luck. I know when you buy a used vehicle you take a chance, but when the people you buy from tell you things are okay and the vehicle has passed their 100 pt inspection. You take them for their word. Just another foot note, i did have a 30day warrantee but when tried to exercise it, it was to no a veil, because couldn't get ahold of anyone...Just not happy at this point. Anterwepen Randallstown will not have to worry about me or any of my friends purchasing any vehicles from them..Peace!!!

I just want to say from the time I came to the dealership until the time that I pulled off the lot I received phenomenal customer service. Charles the sales manager was very diligent, thorough and friendly from the time I spoke with him before the appointment until I left in my new vehicle. He worked with me and made it worth me going the extra mile to refer everyone I know who needs a car going forward to this dealership. Also Marty the sales consultant was phenomenal. He was very informative and knowledgeable and was very detailed in explaining all of the polices and benefits. He was also very friendly. The finance manager was very informative and very kind... I had an overall GREAT TIME and experience and I didnt feel as though I was there all day. in short I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANTWERPEN TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS A CAR! Thank you for the awesome and wonderful customer service experience.
