Satisfied Customer

My car buying experience was next to perfect. Mark my salesperson was a pleasure to work with. Dan Harris is a hidden gem, I have never experience a business mgr that is willing to put in the work as this man. I have already referred a family member and he has purchase a vehicle as well. Go to Antwerpen in Randallstown if you are looking for a used car, believe me you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently bought a car from Antwerpen (Randallstown Maryland) and the service that was provided was excellent. Mark Rinehart was very professional and helpful with my credit situation. He made sure I left with a satisfying vehicle and he put all effort into getting me financed. The manager Chuck Schulze was also very helpful and professional with finding me a reliable vehicle. The customer service there is EXCEPTIONAL! They make you feel appreciated and I would recommend Antwerpen over any dealership any day!! VERY NICE PEOPLE!!

Unsatisfied customer

The salesman Mark is very nice but while they are being so nice, they are ripping you off. I did not receive the car at the price agreed and $3200 off hidden fees were added to the sales price. That I was not aware off. Don't make the same mistake I made, read each line to make sure that you are signing what you agreed to. Also when I left the dealership the radio needed a code for the radio to work. Mark promised me that he will call me on Monday with the code. I had to call around and go to the acura dealership myself after three days of not getting a return call.

The place to be when looking for a hot ride

the gentleman that Antwerp Auto World were fabulous. The minute I stepped out of my vehicle I was greeted with a welcome and a big smile. Matt in sales helped me find the car that was perfect for myself and my budget. Greg the General Sales Manager gave me a deal I felt was fair and one I couldn't refuse. Matt the General Sales Manager was not in his office, but instead was still hard at it working side by side with all his employees at 8pm this was very impressive (most dealerships you dont see the GM unless theres a problem. All the employees at Antwerpen Auto World showed me total dedication and they seemingly strive for excellence. I would tell anyone to go ask for Matthew in sales and see if they can prove me wrong. I left with a big smile as I drove away in my awesome black on black Mercedes Benz s550.

Thanks Matt Appleby

I wont discuss my issues with Gregg Kelly or Mark Rinehart, but i will say that Matt Appleby saved my opinion on this dealership. He was honest, respectful, and made my vehicle purchase a good one. I love the truck i bought. Great quality and like new to be a 2010. Matt, thanks again for listening to my issues and understanding where i was coming from and resolving this matter for me. I didnt want anything for nothing, just wanted it for what it was advertised for.. thanks

Whirlwind Flim-Flam

Think of Lewis Carrols' "the Jabberwok" from Alice through the looking glass, and thats Antwerpen auto world! BEWARE THE VORPAL BLADE. Don't get paper milled in finance. READ EVERYTHING and UNDERSTAND IT, you are saying you did and you do even if you could not and did not. WHO can read and understand over 20 pages of legal terms in less than 30 minutes? MUST be YOU because one of those boxes on every form says that you do. Be sure the price they are charging you is the price you belived you agreed upon. Request that they EXPLAIN ALL CHARGES CLEARLY AND FULLY TO YOUR UNDERSTANDING BEFORE PURCHASING ANY ADD ONS like GAP insurance, Service contract (NOT REQUIRED FOR FINANCING) and DOCUMENT FEES (NOT REQUIRED BY LAW) which ARE GOING TO BE SHOVED INFRONT OF YOU DURING THE DOCUMENT SIGINING PROCESS ! Consider yourself WARNED!

Lovely experience

The salesman Dan Cahill was an awesome young man! He listened to what I wanted and he was very honest with answering my questions . He gave me what I wanted lower payments with nothing down! The sales team was awesome and very friendly . I would definitely recommend others to go there!

5 Star Dealership

I recently visited Antwerpen Auto World to purchase a Mercedes c300. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He got me in and out very quickly. This was a plus for me because I was able to take care of a lot of my errands and have time to myself. The staff is very personable and professional. I would defiantly recommend Mike Rinehart to anyone considering buying a car. Since buying the car Mike Rinehart has followed up with me on two separate occasions to make sure everything was alright and I was satisfied.
