Ken made the buy process enjoyable. From the first inquiry to when we picked up our new van, Ken made sure we were taken care of. He allowed us to get in our van as quickly as possible. We took our young son in to finish the paperwork and Ken was very patient with us! He worked great with the finance team to make the process as painless as possible.

WORST dealer I have ever done business with, hands down, and I have had some pretty shady dealers in the past. They do not return calls, do not address concerns, and overall show no appreciation for customers. There are other Honda dealers in the area, do business with them instead of these people.

I had a Young sales associate give me a price on a new Pilot. I was rushed into putting down a $1000 deposit. I was given a VIN # so I could apply insurance, I was given an appointment to pick up the car and my wife and I drove 5 hours to get to the dealership. There was no car for me. Three people told me they were making final preparations on my car, only to find out there was no car. I was at the dealership for over an hour while they tried to suggest I take another vehicle which was substandard to what I wanted. Management response to email inquiries are not forthcoming when I inquire about details about my transaction. Thankfully I was able to get my deposit back from these clowns
