Service advisor is really unprofessional. Maybe he got...

Service advisor is really unprofessional. Maybe he got trained? like that from owner? first i went to this location at 9:05 am and get a first oil change. Service advisor told me will take 2 hours to be done because I didn't make a appointment and they need to be done appointment customer first. I said ok I'll wait. I waited 1 hour in waiting room and just need a fresh air , I just went out from waiting room and I saw my car was parked out side?? I thought my car just parked so I just went back to waiting room and wait another 1 hour and service advisor called me and my car's ready. funny thing is that my car's already done and just they just waited another 1 hour and called me and car's ready. I don't know why they made me waited another 1 hour in no reason. One last thing that I open the door and still take out the piece of paper cover in floor and plastic cover the seats , they don't even car washed even included the service.

They need to be honest first. Because when i went dealer maybe 1 or 2 customers waiting and there are no cars ! I had a issue that there is noise front of driver side and i asked to check and they said you didn't make appointment and will take about afternoon so i just said just do the oil change and i'll come back later for noise. I don't mind wait, as long as they honest. also this is first time i purchased Acura and i don't want to be getting sad because they treat me wrong way. I understands that after covid-19 hits and short people and less people working and so busy all the time but honest is first priority.

Missing Part Not Caught In Inspection

Leased a brand new ILX but none of the interior lights and also trunk light worked. My husband personally investigated and found that the fuse for these features was totally missing. Luckily the car was equipped with a spare fuse kit and so we were able to fix the issue on our own. Why was this important part missing in the first place? Why didn't this get caught during the delivery inspection and/or manufacturing process? It's true people make mistakes but how many quality check points did this car go through before being sold to the customer? This incident might be considered a "minor" issue but what if it happened with a more critical component or worse yet a safety feature? I hate to think what else may have been improperly checked and falsely certified. We have been part of the Honda/Acura family for a many years and have come to expect consistent top quality cars & service. However this incident has us disappointed and concerned. Hopefully this is not an indication of any ongoing down turn in quality. Aside from this the dealership reps have been very nice and so far no other issues have been found with the car.
