Went to Kia with my dad to see if I could get a new/used car. I had no expectations, but had to get new wheels. I met with John Reed and he took me from start to finish --- a real professional customer experience. He helped me to set my goals, and then found me a vehicle to suit my needs and did a fantastic job of obtaining me financing. I was speechless because I wasn't really sure I could afford a car, but he got the job done for me (including getting me cash for my trade-in)! I had to come back a few days later, after my initial visit, and I was kept up to date with email reminders about my application status, change in appointment time, etc. Never was left in limbo. Overall experience was much, much better than I've ever had purchasing a car before. As a final touch, my purchase was celebrated by my salesman and then the entire staff, I was truly impressed. Make this your first stop, if you plan on buying new/used. You won't be disappointed.

Duke Hilsercop, along with the entire Jeff Wyler Kia family, made the experience of leasing my first car one to remember. I never once felt pressured nor taken advantage of; which is one thing to worry about when interacting with a salesman. Duke was great with his follow-up and continuously kept me updated on what I needed to know. He did his best to accommodate me and find the car I wanted. I would absolutely recommend Duke and Jeff Wyler Kia to friends and family and will hopefully lease/buy another car from them in the future.

Customer for Life!
Bought a 2013 Pathfinder from Eric & Ryan. Boy did they roll out the red carpet to earn my business. Upfront about everything and gave me all that I wanted. Not pushy, very respectful, and knowledgable. Don't buy from anyone else- bigger is not better when it comes to Nissan dealerships in the Tristate.

I went to this dealership just to browse. I drove away with a brand new car and a smile on my face!! Duke was amazing. He wasn't pushy and explained my options clearly. I honestly think he was just as excited about me getting a car that I loved as I was. Definitely changed my car buying experience!!

My recent lease experience with Jeff Wyler was very pleasant. My deal was made with 2 sales people, Harold Mc Peek and Brad Childres. Both were great people to work with. Harold went above and beyond to get me what I asked for. Brad met me when I arrived to pick up the car, and he was very helpful and patient when explaining the features of the vehicle. I love my new CTS. I can not think of anything I don't like; but, I do still need to read the manual occasionally.

Duke Hilerscop, our sales representative, was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was NOT pushy like some/most sales reps can be and was very down to earth. He understood my price range and worked really hard to get me the best deal possible. He was very informative and knowledgable of Kia (products and cars). He went over everything (sometimes twice) very thoroughly through the whole process (start to finish). I am SO happy with my Kia Optima purchase and couldn't have done it without Duke's help! I recommend anyone that goes to Kia (in Fairfield) to ask for Duke as their sales rep and I promise you will be as pleased as I am with the service, professionalism and purchase. When I got my first oil change I smell oil. Then I call...
When I got my first oil change I smell oil. Then I call the service and spoke with Mr. Delton. He immediately send a driver to pick up my car at my job. They provide a me with a replacement vehicle. They fix the minor problem and return my car. What I appreciate the most is their reaction and service. They treat me as valuable as when I purchase my vehicle from them. You normally don't received this service now days. Service and companies forget customer make their business. But this business has not. That is awesome and they deserve to be rate superior and encourage to keep up this type of service.

John Reed is the best. That's why I purchased two...
John Reed is the best. That's why I purchased two Cadillac Cross Overs, a 2012 & A 2013, both in a six month time period. He is great to work with during the sale. You are his main concern, his customer. Tries to get done exactly what it takes to get you in the car of your dreams. But John really shines after the sale. Bends over backward to help you understand all important and safety related features of your new car. Also stood out in the pouring rain, after the sale, to get On-Star and SirusXM radio connected and Bluetooth cell phones paired. He even cleaned the insides after the shop did their clean up to make sure when the car went of the lot it was absolutely spotless. Would not buy a car from anyone other than John Reed.
