I nominate Ashley for Employee of the Month, Year, & Decade. She didn't have to be so nice but she was (is). I came in knowing it would take several hours to put on my hitch and add the necessary electricals. Ashley offered to have someone take me to get food if I wanted and then later on during my wait she gave me a pack of peanut butter crackers from her personal stash. She didn't have to do that. She didn't have to care. Jim Faust didn't have to come over and check in with me and see if I was in need of anything. He surely didn't have to do that. But he did and she did and it made my day that much brighter and my lengthy wait that much more pleasant. Thank you, Jim and Ashley, for being you. The Wyler Family must be as proud to employ you as I am to have met you.

This was our first experience with Wyler but will not be our last!!! John Reed was a great help. He took the time to find out what we wanted. They did not have it in stock...but he found it for us! He then discussed the options and was able to meet our parameters and we made a deal. Love the car!! John was awesome. Will certainly buy again from him. Thank you John & Wyler Team!! My wife and I were interested in a particular vehicle and had a specific price range in mind. Duke was very pleasant and accommodating through the entire process and we were able to leave with the purchase completed within our budget that evening. He even managed to keep our 9 year old daughter entertained and finish a transaction with another customer, all with a smile on his face. We will return.

Duke was amazing as well as the other staff. He found me a Kia Rhondo which are very limited. I LOVE my car and I'm very pleased with the service given. I recommend this dealership to everyone. The process was very short and joyful. Amazing customer service, amazing deal, and an amazing car. Can't be happier....

My wife and I went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield just browsing not really expecting to purchase another vehicle when we were approached by Mr. John Reed. He was extremely friendly and provided us with excellent customer service. Mr. Reed asked what our interests were and we told him that we were just looking but after him showing us a few cars and informing us of the deals he could provide us with I left trading in my 2007 Cadillac xxx for a 2013 Cadillac ATS. We are loving the new vehicle thanks to Mr. Reed. I will truly refer my family and friends to the dealership. Thank you.
