This is the second car we have bought from jeff Wyler Kia. Mr. Davis was absolutely the greatest. He kept us informed the whole time we werewaiting for the car to be detailed and ready to take home. He also followed us home to get the title and extra key. He spent the time to go over many of the features with the car and set up the bluetooth and seat adjustments and many more3 features.

I walked in expecting not to leave with a car. I Never get my hopes up about things until I know I can get them. I had filed bankruptcy a year ago and no one would give me a chance to start over.I needed a car so badly . Greg Fails made me feel comfortable and confident I could get a car.. He worked so hard in such a short amount of time... He walked over to me and said the best words THE CAR IS YOURS LET'S SIGN THESE PAPERS. The down payment was in my budget he listened to what I wanted and made it happen...I'm so happy and glad I drove in the day I did....... I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for fast great service and someone who actually wants to leave witha a car.

After selecting a few vehicles I was interested in on Jeff Wyler’s online inventory I received a phone call from Brad at Wyler Fairfield the next morning. My car buying anxiety certainly vanished after speaking with him. His knowledge and expertise about the car buying process was reassuring to me after I visited so many different car dealerships to no avail. I gave Brad a few ideas of my “dream” car. Immediately I received follow up emails and phone calls from him with some vehicles that met my criteria. Before I knew it I was pulling off of their lot with my dream car at the right price! I love my SUV! I have already referred family and friends to visit Brad and their team at Wyler Fairfield. A splendid experience, indeed, all the way around!

Harold McPeek made this Cadillac buy the best buying experience at a dealership that I have ever had. His knowledge, kindness, and overall fun to deal with, plus no pressure, no stress easy going attitude. A very pleasent experience that I will tell to all my friends and family. To the Jeff Wyler Management team, Harold McPeek is a "KEEPER". I will be sending all my friends to see Harold at Jeff Wyler. Thanks for a excellent product (Cadillac), excellent dealership (Jeff Wyler), and a excellent salesman ( Harold McPeek).

I recently had my Nissan Xterra towed to the dealer after it died in a parking lot. The vehicle had shown no signs of a bad battery up to that point, so I didn't know how serious it was. Turns out it had a bad battery. The price they charged to put in a new battery was ridiculous and I regret that I let them do it, but I had to go out of town and was in a hurry. While there, I asked for a price quote on 4 new tires. The price quoted came to $775.00. This did not include Free Roadside Hazard coverage, or Free Rotation and Balance for the life of the tire. I contacted a local tire dealer and they installed the same 4 tires on my Xterra, which included Free Roadside Hazard Coverage and Free Rotation and Balance for the life of the tire, for $570.79. Shouldn't Nissan offer these types of prices to their customers? The people at the dealership are very nice, but the prices they charge for any work they do to your vehicle is outrageous. I will not be returning to them for any vehicle work.

Dealer response

We did try to make this right by you. I am sorry you were not fully satisfied with our offer.

This is the second car that I bought from Jeff Wyler. I did shop around for prices and found that Jeff Wyler offered the best deal. The sales manager worked with me to get my payments where I needed them to be. When I went to pick up my new Nissan Leaf electric car, Ian Mathews spent a lot of time with me making sure I knew everything there was to know about the car and I appreciated that. He even came downtown to pick me up to get my new car. And he called a week later to see if I had any questions or concerns. Everyone was friendly and personable. Financing was quirk and easy. I highly recommend.

My wish was to handle the sales process over the Internet. The sales consultant, Chris Patton, acknowledged my desire to shop over the net and cooperated fully with a no non-sense approach or cat and mouse games so common with other dealerships. The negotiation process began with eight dealerships and quickly reduced to Jeff Wyler through Chris. His openness to search for my exact specifications and react quickly set him apart from others. Chris’s service during and after the sale was tremendous. He was never rushed and created an atmosphere of honesty and sincere dealings. He responds promptly to emails or phone calls, even to respond late at night instead of waiting until the next morning. Chris’s patience in detailing the many features of the Quest is appreciated as there is so much to learn concerning the technological attributes of the vehicle. He explained each function while ensuring I understood and could control the task. Overall, was I satisfied with the sales experience; Yes.

Insurance companies typically vector claimants to "preferred repair shops". In the past several years I found those experiences to be miserable. This time I went to Fairfield Wyler. The thinking was they already had stock parts, knew about the car (350Z), markup would be minimal, talent would be high & expertise resident. I wasn't wrong. Repair costs were less than three other estimates. These folks were splendidly knowlegable and swift with helpful suggestions: pointed and pertinent, and trust factor was high. Incidentally, there were no surprises. I returned only as a happy client congratulating them for outstanding work. They just smiled. At Wyler things turned out as I had hoped. This was a happy contrast to my past experiences at three other shops. I will use them exclusively. Bob Fitzgerald
