This was a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. We had looked at two different brands of cars prior to coming to Jeff Wyler and honestly were impressed with both automobiles. We fully intended to just look and compare and purchase at a later date. When we saw the Cadillac CTS Coupe, we were both blown away. We fell in love with the car; the looks, the drive and the ride. We were treated with the utmost respect while looking, asking questions and going for a test drive. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends.

I knew what i wanted but wasn't sure i could get it because i still owed too much on my old vehicle but Duke got me exactly what I wanted! This was the best and smoothest experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Duke is the kindest salesman I have ever met, not to mention the cutest! He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted and he didn't try to talk me into something more expensive like most salesmen do. He even transferred my plates from my old car to my new car in the dark, pouring rain! Truly an awesome experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership and Duke to everyone!

I went into Kia after searching for hours for a car after...
I went into Kia after searching for hours for a car after mine was stolen. I was still red in the face from crying becuase I was upside down on the stolen totaled car. I came into Kia expecting the pressure and lies I had been dealing with every other place. My credit is less than perfect so he had his work cut out for him. I was going to buy a Soul when my other car was paid off and I had established more credit do I figured it won't hurt to look at a car I want. Duke was super nice about my situation and put in probably a total of eight hours between him and the finance manager Travis getting me into a car. Not only did they haggle wih the banks they went below invoice on the price just so I wouldn't have to stress. I went in fresh from crying my eyes out and left really happy about my new car. Duke and Travis went above and beyond their job expectations for me. They made the process fun and Duke even walked to another building to get me a bottled water. I will be going back in about a year and a half to upgrade to the Soul Plus for sure. These guys will always have my business! Also, they are the best looking sales team of all the car dealerships I went to (I visited at least 15 no lie). These guys were great funny and made me laugh.

Ryan Miller was very helpful in the sale of my used Nissan Altima. He and others at the dealership were upfront with all costs so there weren't any surprises. Dealership is very clean and well cared for. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and I was given a fair deal on my trade. I have been to the service department for a minor issue (fuel filler door wouldn't spring open since spring was broken or out of place) and for my first oil change. I was very pleased with the service performed and the helpful staff there as well. I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler Fairfield (Cadillac, Nissan, Kia) to anyone!

all of the people i dealt with were great with me. the showroom was clean as were the restrooms.The coffee was good. Chris was attentive and went through all of theaspects of my new RED VERSA.explained the bluetooth,lights,hoe to open the gas cap etc.etc. Not "hoe" hoW. My son also purchased a car from Chris and is as satisfied. We will be back.

Duke did a great job by focusing and asking questions to ensure he sold the right car for us rather than trying to pressure and up-sell us. I walk away from high pressure sales but with Duke it was a much more collaborative experience...I really felt like his goal was to sell us the right car and make us a happy Customer. On a side note, it was pouring down rain the night we test drove the Sportage and Sorento. While walking from the dealership to the car, Duke went the extra step of holding an umbrella for my wife and son so they didn't get wet. I really appreciated Duke going the extra mile ... an example of Customer focused selling.
