Kundert Volvo

First of all I want to thank Erin for her patience and perseverance. from when i started to inquire about a new 2018 Volvo XC60 she was there all the time to provide me with the necessary details until we were able to agreed to a selling price. I was looking for a brilliant red color with the vision system package and she found me one!! we communicate mostly by email and I appreciate that as I hate the phone! so she was very accommodating. One we seal the deal, George took the "ball to the end zone", he delivered the car to me and he was very helpful and detailed to explain all the features of the car. he helped me to set up my Volvo on Call app and service, he followed through the process of getting the registration and plates. everybody at Kundert Volvo was very helpful. My only complaint and the reason didn't give the five stars was at the end when I thought we were getting all done then we were brought in with the finance manager and it was when we were offered additional coverage for the car. even though all made sense and we could argue may be needed, I did not appreciate we had to wait until the end to know about the additional protection options that Volvo offered for their cars. We could have added this to the negotiations and maybe agreed to added to total amount paid/financed, etc. Nonetheless, everything else was done very professionally and friendly. never felt pressure or stressed and that was the amazing part of working with Erin and George. The make a great team!! Advice: Don't wait until the end to offer the additional coverage for the cars. If they make sense, bring it up and added to the negotiation process. Will save time and will make the whole experience with Kundert Volvo even greater! I am really enjoying my 2018 Volvo XC60!

They are knowledgeable and organized. Usually, they explain the reason for the service and let us know how long it will take to work on the car.

I purchased my car from a dealer named George Miranda. He was very gentle and professional attitude. He was also very straightforward and detailed. Price was excellent too. I would strongly recommend others to go to Kundert Volvo.

Just had my first service on my new Volvo S60. This is a wonderful dealership - so helpful! I work locally but need flexibility during my day. They offered me the choice of a loaner car, a van to take me back to work and pick me up when the car was finished, to wait there while they worked on the car....When I hesitated (couldn't decide which would work best), they also offered me service on a Saturday - that was the "Ah, Wonderful!" moment! Dropped the car off the night before, and picked it up before noon on Saturday - easy peasy, and car was washed on top of it! From the moment I met their product specialist Van Dixon I knew this was the place to get my next car (had Audis and Saabs previously) - have not been disappointed!

I recently had to bring my 2012 XC-60 because of a dead battery and the 37,500 mile service. I dealt for the first time with Mike Mazzaro Jr. and I found him to be very pleasant and professional. I guess it runs in the family since his father Mike, the service manager has always been a wonderful person to deal with throughout the years. I'm a long time customer of this dealership since I'm on my 5th Volvo and never imagined going anywhere else for a car. Once again, a visit to Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Hights does not disappoint.

I also like dealing with Pete Pesce. I have confidence in him but everyone I've dealt with has been more than pleasant and helpful.

Pete Pesce is the best - attentive, kind and thorough. He helps to make Kundert Volvo one of the top places to take your Volvo for service. I bought my XC-60 at Kundert in 2012 and the service has been outstanding every time I brought it in, The staff are always professional and highly competent. I have never had to bring my car back because something was done wrong. They get it right the first time. Thanks to Kundert service my Volvo has remained in top notch condition.
