Untrustworthy, deceitful, liars, greed.

Untrustworthy. Dishonest. Deceitful. I unequivocally do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Trust that they will lie and cheat you out of your money and not repair your car as promised. Additional fees will be added. Over-charges on labor and parts will appear on your invoice. I spent over $10k to repair a crunching noise from the right front of my GL450 Mercedes. I had to return the car 3x after they claimed to have repaired it the first time. 1st...they told me it was a bad shock. Then, they told me 2 bad shocks, then they told me 3. I caved and paid for all 3 to be replaced. When I picked up the car, my front license late was damaged, my bumper was damaged, and my front parking sensor was cracked. The parking sensor kept sounding off at unpredictable times for no reason. I returned the car. The service manager was condescending, arrogant, and very shifty. He said they would repair it. While I waited for it to be checked in, he screwed my license plate to my bumper and said that the license plate bent due to it not having 4 screws. It came from the factory with the 2 screws and no frame. He put additional screws in my bumper and added their Autobahn Vanity Frame. I didn’t approve it. The car wash damaged my bumper, parking sensor, and license plate frame clearly. There was evidence of the nylon brush from their car wash with a bristle still attached to my license frame. I waited 1 week, the car was to be fixed. They did not replace the sensor! They spray painted the sensor with some white paint. It wasn’t done professionally (I know as I’ve painted cars before). Fast forward... I return the car as the crunching noise I still present. I ask them to also fix the parking sensor that they never did. They replace the 4th shock. They don’t fix the sensor. I get the car back and the parking sensor is blaring and the front of the car is crunching. I’m in it about $7k at this point. I return the car and ask them to again fix the sensor and the crunch. They call me and tell me the crunch is coming from the control arm (not the 4 shocks I just spent $7k on and tons of time and stress!!!!). I tell them to do he control arm. Then they call back a few days later and tell me the other control arm needs to be replaced. (What?!!!). I tell them to replace the 2nd control arm. I pick up the car and they REFUSE to replace the parking sensor they damage. I drive the car home after spending a total of $10k. I hear a crunch in the front. The parking sensor is still sounding off. I’m contacting my lawyer, the BAR, and everyone I can to get justice. Keep in mind they called me regularly to ask me to “pre-pay” for the repairs before I even went to pick up the car. This happened multiple times! COMPLETE CROOKS, LIES, and GREED!!!!

Good in general

This is the second time i vist for my car service I would like to thank to Ravneel Prasad , my technician for doing a great job , very clean anf nice ex-interior .5* Thanks to adviser Anthony, good to work with Thanks alot to the shuttle service Robert and a man with a glasses , around 45-55 yrs ,abit short(sorry i forgot to ask his name) . And i think Mercedes need provide my person for shuttle service , more accommodate . The counter service , cashier service, greeting service not really nice , they are present the Great company to talk to clients, customers but they not even say hi and talk nice. Just so they know they work for Mercedes!

The best of the best among service dealerships

This has been my go to for maintenance of my Mercedes. Issues or area of concerns are thoroughly explained to me prior to any work being performed. I found out over the years that .......it’s not the fancy showroom that brings me back (yes the showroom is really nice); rather it’s the people and the disciplined process that Autobahn possesses which instilled confidence in me by knowing that all mechanical things will be done correctly.

Great service

I have worked with two Service Advisors, Johnny and Reed. Both are outstanding. Johnny is an expert working with third party warranty company, he spent a lot of time and explained everything. Reed very efficiently and courteously handled recall replacement and explained everything. A special shout out and thank you to the very efficient and courteous shuttle drivers Ricardo and Robert.

Maintenance Service

Reed was a great help. Even got “maps” updated!! The service on my car yearly has been great. I have a 2017. I love that my car reminds me of a service due.

34 Point Inspection

I came to Autobahn on February 18, 2019 for my 7:40AM appointment. My appointment was for 34 point inspection and battery test. My Service Advisor was Jimmy Ho. When I came in, I told him what I am there for. I also asked Jimmy Ho if they could wash my car. He said yes. He said the car should be ready in about 2 hours. Around 10:00AM, Jimmy came by and said that the car has been inspected and will go to car wash soon. When Jimmy came by, he said there were some items found that needed my attention. He asked me to wait in the lobby until the car is back from the wash, so he can give me my paper work. As I was waiting, I saw one of the team members, drove my car to the waiting area. When I came out he said the car has been washed. When I looked at the car, I saw that the front was dirty and the car has not been vacuumed at all. I asked that team member to take the car back and wash it again and to have it vacuumed. The guy said no problem and took my car. In the meantime, I came over to Jimmy Ho and told him what happened. There was no reaction. I went back to the waiting area. About 10 minutes later, Jimmy Ho came to me and took me to the cashier and handed me the paperwork without saying anything or explaining what needs to be done with the car. He left back to his desk. As I signed all the documents for the cashier, I went back to Jimmy's desk and asked him if we can go over what needs to be done since he didn't say anything. I asked him if he could highlight the things that are most important. One thing he marked was brakes. I asked him will the sensor go off when it's time for the change of breaks and he said I think so. I asked him do sensors work for both front and back brakes and he said he didn't know. He didn't even try to look it up or ask one of his colleagues. Throughout this whole experience, I felt like Jimmy couldn't care less about anything or give me any professional expertise. I went back to the waiting area and cashier told me that my car was ready. When I came out, I looked at my car and it was still dirty in the same place in front. It looked like it was vacuumed but never washed again. I went inside the dealership and asked Jimmy to come out and take a look. When he came out, he said what do you expect from a free complimentary car wash. I said I expect the car to be washed. This is a Mercedes dealership and not a Hyundai or something. Again he caouldn't care less. This was a very bad experience. I felt like the customer service totally lacks there. Before this dealership used to have great Service Advisors that worked there for many years and knew cars inside out. These new kids who work there, seem like they just go there to collect their paycheck. Even in the waiting area there used to be pastries and refreshments, now they only have coffee and water. I would recommend anyone going there anymore.
