    Drove 180 miles from Philadelphia to Hagerstown to purchase a 2010 F150. The dealership said that the car has no rust, was never in an accident, and no... known body work. Also that the truck was 100% functional and ready to pass inspection. As soon as I exited the car I saw the front end was a little out of shape. And after further inspection I noticed that the front fenders, front bumper, bumper mounts, hood and bumper lip have been replaced and repainted poorly. Also the grill, grill lips, and fender lip was still broken. There was rust on several parts of the body ( expected of an older truck, but not disclosed by dealer). The rear leaf spring was broken and had a manifold exhaust leak that was being pulled into the car through the cabin filter. The dealership played dumb and said "we didn't know," though they do a full inspection before listing the vehicle and an even better inspection when the previous owner traded it in. I delt with the sales manager Mike and sales rep Jared. A very poor excuse for a dealership. -John

    I recently had some body work done at Hagerstown ford. I was told the job would take ffour days. They had my car for 12 days. Ihad a rental (provided by... State Farm) thank you. but the service was poor. I was told on two different days that my car would be in for paint that day and it never happened. My final call I was told they were waiting on a part but the only part needed was a rear rim. so why lie and not tell me the truth about my car? well it is either they are poorly staffed, poorly trained, or poorly motivated to get the jobs done on time.
