As a first-time car buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than with Gigi at Keffer Mazda! From the start, she was kind, personable, and professional, making what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. She worked with me through my preferred method of communication, was never pushy, and negotiated fairly and quickly. She was also able to work with my busy work schedule and prepared the needed paperwork and my car on short notice. I’ll definitely be back, highly recommend Keffer Mazda!

Came in as a cash buyer and was not treated fairly at this dealership. The moment we walked in it was obvious the sales agent did not view us as a potential buyer (for whatever reason). Sales agent could not answer basic questions about the vehicle and tried to pass off a used Mazda 6 as certified pre-owned (it wasn’t). Would not negotiate and basically pushed us out the door even though we were ready to buy at the right price that day. The entire interaction was strange and we felt disrespected. I hope they don’t treat all their customers like this.

Giving was personable, but wasn't sure of the different features regarding turbo, engine, etc. We didn't like dealing with 4 different people to close this cash deal. It took about 5 hours.
