buyers beware After researching the car, I chose on there website and pictures and got my trade-in estimate went to the dealer with Copies as proof. Sat with the salesman which came back with completely different numbers, which was very disappointing since I was looking at the real numbers from their website. They told me saving sales tax with my trade-in, which made my trade-in more value, which is not true trade-in value is trade-in value using their trade-in value on their website which the manager said was a third-party and they didn’t honor, their quotes. Very confused with the website and disappointed at the dealer.

Salesman lied!
Salesman lied! Didn't bother to follow through on his statements. Told me he had vehicle. Confirmed he would hold it. I drove 45 miles to find out it sold hours before. He only wanted to sell me new truck, not what I was there to see. I'll never go back there again

Rick, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience. We do not intentionally have customers come down to see vehicles that are unavailable, we definitely dropped that ball here. We are very sorry for the wasted trip and if you are ever in the are please stop by so we can fill your tank to compensate you for the expense and frustration. I had an appointment to view a vehicle and told the dealership I had a 3 hour drive based on my residence. I drove for an hour and half and was then called to say the vehicle was sold the previous night. Not very considerate and I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future.

Ted, new Toyota vehicles include Toyotacare which covers maintenance for the for the first two years or 25000 miles, whichever occurs first. Please contact us if you need additional clarification.
The car was listed on cars.
The car was listed on cars.com for $4000 less than what they are actually asking. Pretty slimy way to get people’s contact information. False advertising!

Rename your dealer to WRONG TOYOTA.
Rename your dealer to WRONG TOYOTA. Buyer Beware: Run. As far as you can and as fast as you can. We've spent $150,000 at this dealership. The result, a lemon car we had to return. And the worst service on earth. Recently, we had my wife's Toyota in for a 50k checkup. 3 hours later, we call to check on it, they never even checked the car in. 1. They didn't do the 50k inspection. 2. They messed up our aftermarket skid plate. 3. THEY NEVER PUT THE PLUG BACK IN THE OIL PAN. 4. They told us our control arms were broken and needed to be replaced. Car was taken a to real shop, where they diagnosed: no inspection was created, half the oil had already spilled out of the engine, the skid plate was fine, both control arms were fine and NOTHING from the 50k service had been done. As two prominent members of a band that is about to embark on a National Tour, we'll ensure that the world is screaming Wrong Toyoto's name from the high heavens. Cheers to your Chapter 11 filing, xxxx.

We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience related to this issue. 1. You are correct that we did not complete the 50k inspection due on your vehicle, definitely our error. 2. Your skid plate was bent and damaged and we reinstalled it the best manner possible. 3. We did reinstall the drain plug in your oil pan, but the washer on the plug failed causing the oil to leak. Again, our error and we apologize. 4. We recommended the control arms need attention and took pictures. As a measure of "Good Will" we agreed to refund you $1000 to compensate for any expenses incurred. You accepted our offer and then left this review soon after.
3 Hours to replace a battery and its still not done.
3 Hours to replace a battery and its still not done. Took me 4 phone calls to check on the status before I got the answer that they haven't even touched the truck yet. Waited on the lot for over an hour before finally leaving. This place is an absolute joke. The worst. -5 stars if that were possible.

Be aware and exercise caution when dealing with this
Be aware and exercise caution when dealing with this business. As a business owner myself, I must express our profound disappointment and concern regarding the lack of professionalism and abysmal customer service experienced with Right Toyota’s service department After one of our trucks was towed there following an isolated accident, we provided all necessary business and driver contact details. Yet, at no point did the service department call or email us with a quote for parts or labor, nor did they provide any images or explanations of the required work. Instead, our technician had to repeatedly reach out to Matt from the service department for updates. Matt promised a callback with information, but none ever came. By Monday, we still have not received any emails related to the service so we called again, only to be told that the truck was ready and presented with a bill of nearly $7,000—our first notification of the cost. This behavior is not only unethical but raises serious concerns about their business practices. Performing costly repairs without written authorization from the vehicle’s owner is unacceptable. Throughout this ordeal, the insurance agent and our company made numerous attempts to contact Matt to discuss the bill, but after we expressed our outrage he stopped answering our calls. Our CEO had to escalate the issue to management, we are still waiting. All of this could have been avoided with basic professionalism and communication. Instead, Right Toyota’s actions have made it clear that we’re being forced to accept their unethical practices just to retrieve our vehicle. It is beyond comprehension that a business of this size operates with such disregard for customer rights and ethical business practices. We are hoping to come to a reasonable agreement soon and not have to take legal action.

Maria, we did receive authorization to repair the vehicle that has been here at the dealership for three weeks. Management will be following up to resolve the situation.

I brought my 2020 Rav Adventure into Right Toyota for a battery change, because I thought it was still under warranty. My vehicle was returned to me with a damaged A/C unit. Right Toyota would not take responsibility for the A/C unit that was damaged while in their care. I was made to pay for the repairs on my A/C. The service manager argued with me that the battery had nothing to do with the A/C when in fact I let him know that if a battery is installed incorrectly there are a number of things that can go wrong in these new vehicles. Even just Google it and you can find your answer. I also told him, I had spoken to someone else who confirmed that it was true. He sarcastically told me I should have taken my vehicle to that person to change my battery. He spoke to me like I was stupid, because I am a women. I am afraid to use them again to service my vehicle in the future, what will they damage next? And make me have to pay, for the damages they caused on my vehicle. My family and I have had many Toyota vehicles over the years and still have 5 vehicles in the family right now. Personally I have owned 3 and have never experienced something like this with other Toyota dealers, I have used in the past, this is a first. I do not trust Right Toyota with my vehicle any longer. Right Toyota is the worst Auto dealer I have ever used. Take your vehicle to Right Toyota at your own risk.

Cidalia, replacing your battery has no effect on your A/C system or servos and the two issues are in NO way related. You stated that you have people who usually work on your vehicle and we suggested that you take the vehicle back to them. This statement has nothing to do with your gender...
