Typical Bait and Switch?
Typical Bait and Switch? Requested to see a car, was there an hour later after they suggested I come in and see and drive it. When I arrived about an hour later as they requested, the car was no longer available "Would you like to look at a 'new' model?". Credibility lost.

The dealership uses bots or the employees aren’t that bright. I was asked the same questions multiple times even though I answered them multiple times. If I dealt with a salesperson it makes sense that they don’t sell many cars because the person I dealt with as not very good. I am looking for a reputable Toyota dealership who is not looking to rip me off and be honest. The more I talk to multiple dealerships the more I see that this process will be a nightmare.

Very helpful with financing.
Very helpful with financing. Salesperson should have had us do more than just ride around with him (e.g., windows don't work, no radio/clock, only one key). These are things that would have made me as a senior decide against buying the truck. Also, getting into the Ford F150 is too difficult for those of us over 75 and 80. I think the salesperson should have suggested a more -appropriate vehicle. However, we felt pressured to hurry.

Went in to check out a TRD pro Tacoma, and it wasn’t to my liking completely. Internet sales manager made a comment about how the sales rep I was dealing with was chasing nothing right in front of me. I won’t be back. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer. Go somewhere else

Great service! Efficient, friendly, and good looking staff, easy to establish rapport, very minimal waiting. Staff were very knowledgeable and gave detailed information that was important to know. They worked together great as a team.

No integrity even when I called the dealer and asked for specific car the sales person promised to call back with more info and answers my questions he never called back. Very rude. I will never do business with Right Toyota.

Paid cash but they still required personal information. They ran a hard credit inquiry after saying they wouldn't run it. They totally lied. Don't trust them. I regret giving them my business.

Rosey, we request personal information on all files. We have experienced many instances of identity theft when customer's use a financial instrument such as a a check of draft in lieu of actual cash. There is a difference between an actual cash transaction where a customer brings in currency and when a customer uses a check. Also, in order for us to run a credit inquiry customers must sign a credit application giving us permission to access the credit file. Matt W. - CR Mgr. - Right Toyota
We were told we had to sign that. We questioned why and told it was for backup info. We specifically asked and discussed if it would hit our credit and we were told NO. Salesman and manager both stated it would not. We trusted what they told us. It was very clearly stated. They just straight up lied. Cash buyers shouldn't have to provide that and your sales people shouldn't be telling them it's needed. Even worse, then lying saying a hard inquiry won't be run, when it will.
