    After searching months for a vehicle and finding an exact match on there website, I was informed that it wasn't on the lot everytime I attempted to... visit for a test drive. What a joke! The "New" vehicle had accrued 3,000 miles while being kept by an employee due to an industry practice. After diacudiscu these concerns with management, I was insulted over the phone by their disgusting store manager. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this cesspool!

    I wouldn’t recommend O’Neil Buick gmc . I was in several occasions for service, and they have only made matters worse. Every time I had warranty work... done they have made the car worse. Stay clear

    Spoke with Amanda Duffy over the phone said they can make the deal happen and they did. My salemen was top notch mike Cecconi was the best worked hard... to make sure everything want Smoothly . I would buy from them again. 2 thumbs up. Great job.

    I chose to go to O'Neill because I was searching for a specific vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Frank Raisman handled... my deal and even came in on his day off to make sure my vehicle was ready for me. I definitely recommend them for your car buying needs!

    I have been an O'Neil Service customer for 5 years and I always had a great experience with Dave and Scott. Today, I bought my 2nd Buick Enclave ~ I love... that car! Just as important I had a great experience, which made the purchase that much better.     I purchased a 2016 Buick Lacrosse from this dealership with no problems. After two very unpleasant attempts to purchase my new car nearby(NJ) I found... just what I wanted at this dealership. No pressure and no hidden charges i.e. excessive documentation fees. I was treated with complete honesty and respect.

    I dreaded the hassle, but was actually pleased with the experience. I called Frank, my salesman, to tell him I felt something unusual when I applied the... brakes in my recently purchased used car and he proceeded to schedule a service appointment for me, at my convenience, to check it out. I was immediately greeted by Scott when I arrived at the Service Center and after telling him the problem, he asked me if I wanted to wait, or if I needed a ride. I took the ride to work with Tom, their shuttle driver, who was very pleasant and polite. Within a few hours, the issue was resolved and Tom returned to pick me up. The service was performed at no cost to me because, clearly, this dealership stands behind their sales. And if that wasn't enough, the car was washed which is "routine" after service here. I drove off feeling totally pleased with my first service experience at O'Neil Buick GMC!

    Gave 3 stars since I want to be fair. Friendliness of personel I give about 2 1/2 Stars. No pressure buying 5 Stars. Service I can find way better other... then there. The reviews on cars.com are a little over rated. Visited the dealer today and talked to used cars sales and about servicing my car. It did seem like a regular standard dealer to me. Nothing special or a service I cant find in any other dealer around 20 mile radious. Actually I could say I have got way better service other then at O'Neil GMC.
