It was a very good experience with Mark and Greg (both from Internet Sales) and they went above and beyond to meet our budget and give us a fair deal. It was obvious that he put in a lot a work from letting me know about a car that I might be interested, to working a deal that I would be satisfied over a few days, to finally making it so easy to come in and pick up my prize. Extremely satisfied with Rodger's service and felt very comfortable with the dealership's atmosphere. I've purchased at other BMW dealerships a couple of times before, but never have I felt to comfortable with my experience.

Problems from the first day off the lot. Oil light flashes on, ipod connection doesn't work and tires are bald after less than 8000 miles. Staff and management were cold and uncaring.
