Greg Huber is a star. He and Matt Smith are my heroes. Greg's client service is Truly Exceptional, and I've already referred a friend to Bob Smith BMW because working with them has been the best car experience I've ever had.

Tig in the service department is AWESOME! He has always gone above & beyond when it comes to helping myself & my car! My car was bought at Century West BMW & so was my mom's car. Century West BMW is NOT GOOD! I became so tired of Century West BMW not fixing my car correctly that I decided to go to Bob Smith BMW. I met Tig at Bob Smith BMW & since that day I will never go back to the nightmare at Century West BMW! Thank you Tig for everything!

Worst dealer ever. They made us jump thru some many hoops to purchase an X5 cash and even after we did everything they said it was never enough. After paying them cash and taking delivery of our car, 40 days later they had done nothing with our dmv paperwork, still all at the dealer, no taxes paid, no registration or license plates, nothing. when I called to asked they asked why I was upset. This was normal to them. I will never go back or refer anyone to them. Buy your BMW at Rusnak or Van Nuys, even if the price is higher. Whatever Bob Smith tells you is not going to be true and you can never make them happy. An easy cash purchase has turned into a 4 week nightmare.

A friend of mine gets all of his family's BMWs at this dealership, and recommended that I talk to David Prince. Dave was able to find me a great BMW that was in my price range. Even though this dealership might be a little out of the way for most people, it was worth it!! I cannot recommend this dealership or David Prince any higher. 10/10...2 thumbs up!

I bought my first BMW from Bob Smith in 2002 and ten years later bought my second one. I love the cars and the service was always good. BMW is a great company, they have always treated me fairly. When I went in to look at my "second" BMW, Sam Motamedi was my sales man. He was so nice and not pushy at all, he let me make up my own mind about the car. He was very helpful on all the new gadgets my old car didn't have. All in all it was a good experience.

Sam helped me through my shopping experience at bob smith dealership and he was very informative and expert in explaining what car to get and i was very pleased by him.

Got my first BMW there and was happy that I went there because it's really close to where I leave and Sam Motamedi is very friendly and accommodating to my questions since I've never owned a luxury car before.

The best dealership experience I have ever had. 5 stars for all departments I had to deal with, especially, the sales department. David Prince is one of the best car salesman I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I will definitely be sending any friends/family looking for a BMW his way. 5 stars all around! If you are looking for a BMW in the Southern California area, Bob Smith BMW should be the first stop!

I purchased a BMW 3-series from Bob Smith BMW and had a great experience as a first-time buyer. The whole staff displayed professionalism to the highest degree. My salesperson, Rodger Le, was extremely knowledgeable in the field and offered valuable information. I appreciate his experience and expertise in helping me find a car that fit my needs. I was very impressed by the level of service I received at this dealership.
