Salesman Jake Hayden and Finance Manager Lauren Wilson De Briyn made my buying experience at Bob Smith exceptional. I walked in with my wife around midday on a rainy Saturday, and drove out that same day with a brand new 328i. They had the exact car I wanted with all the features I was looking for. Jake took me on two test drives (one without the wife), they took my trade-in no questions asked, and they got me the payments and the price I wanted. They even fed us while we were waiting for the car to be prepped. All-around amazing staff and showroom.

Bob Smith is a great dealership. I've bought 9 BMWs from Bob Smith since 1977 and every transaction has been a good one. The sales people are great -- ask for Matt SMith if you have any questions -- and the service writers know their stuff. The only complaint I have is that on a couple of deliveries of cars I ordered and had configured (and shipped from Germany), in the rush to get the cars to me as soon as possible upon their arrival, the techs forgot to check the tire pressure. Forearmed, I did, and all was fine after I bled some air and re-set the TPM. Nobody can be perfect, but Bob Smith is as close to that as possible. Which is really saying something for a car dealership.

Have purchased/leased new and pre-owned cars at Bob Smith and have consistently found their Customer Service and attention to detail to be the finest.

Hate dealing with car salesmen? Then David Prince is your guy. Easiest transaction I've ever had. He gave me a lot of info most sales people wouldn't--how to get a bigger discount, how to get out of my old car in the black, etc. So easy!! And so nice. NO hard sales, just "let me know what I can help you with and how I can make your life easier". You can't go wrong with David Prince, if you want your BMW at the best price possible, with the least stress possible. THANK YOU DAVID PRINCE!!!
