Got a 2016 Jeep renegade sport with a turbo, as the guys

Got a 2016 Jeep renegade sport with a turbo, as the guys showing it to me he scratched the door right in front of my eyes. On top of the head he told me it would be no more than 28,000, after everything was said and done and all paperwork signed it was over 38, 000. Can't believe I had to pay 150.00 for an oil change!!!! Ridiculously outrageous!!! Update: after this last oil change this is the third time they keep forgetting to put the sticker up in my windshield to tell me when to come back. Update: 8-26-25 oil change is 120 now and I had to ask for the oil change sticker I'm the window, AGAIN! smh, why do I have to ask for something your supposed to do after I jus spent so much on a xxxx oil change. As well as they told me they were having troubles getting my lug nuts off because of the Caps being swollen. So I asked her to price how much new ones would be. 370 some dollars! HATE THIS PLACE. If it weren't for the sunbit card I would never go back, but that card is a blessing as it allows me to pay a small bit of my total and then make payments on it with the card after

We have been working with Steven Toyota for several years, starting with repairs, and moving on to the purchase of 3 cars. The most recent purchase was a 2025 Toyota RAV4 HEV. The buying process was smooth, the Salesperson Marcus was fantastic! Knowledgeable, answered all questions, absolutely no pressure. Great to work with! The finance team also was great to work with.

Allison gave great customer service.

Allison gave great customer service. This was second time I had to bring Sportage in for repairs due to steering column issues. Plus I had to wait 3 months the first time to get the part.
