I came here twice once earlier part of this week and today the first time I came, I was greeted by a guy, even though it was a very hot day. He offered me to test drive the car that I was looking at. I told him I will come back at the door a little research. I realize the car that I was at their lot I put in my application in the very next day Mr. Ron contact me He brought me in so that I can test drive the car and see if that’s really the car for me. I love it. I never had a salesman who took his times and show me all the features of the car. He was very polite and friendly. Thank you Mr. Ron I will be returning.

I was assigned to Peter after purchasing a vehicle two
I was assigned to Peter after purchasing a vehicle two months ago that began making unusual noises during acceleration. Unfortunately, from the very first interaction, the experience was unpleasant. Peter’s customer service skills left a lot to be desired. His communication came across as snide at times, and several comments felt unnecessarily cynical and unprofessional. My vehicle was picked up through the courtesy service program, and I was provided with a loaner vehicle while my car was being diagnosed. When it was time to return the loaner, I asked about the fuel usage since I had only used a small amount of gas. In response, Peter made a comment along the lines of, “Yeah, well, that’s why we don’t really do these courtesies anymore because of the gas thing.” That remark was completely unnecessary and left a very negative impression. Customer service matters just as much as the vehicle itself, especially at a luxury dealership. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis for future service.
