Karon set up an appointment to purchase a car.

Karon set up an appointment to purchase a car. I was driving from NJ and live over 100 miles away, but they had the car I was looking for. As I was driving to the dealership, I received a phone call apologizing that the car was sold. I wish I was told the day before. I had already crossed the Delaware Memorial Bridge $6.00 toll before I got the call.

Karon was awesome. Patient. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Punctual. He researched the Lexus brand thoroughly. Walked me through the car and answered all my questions. A gentleman.

We had an amazing experience working with our David

We had an amazing experience working with our David Wendkos. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly committed to helping me find the car of my dreams. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision and worked hard to offer a fair and reasonable value for my trade-in. What really stood out to me was his approach. Instead of hiding behind texts like so many salespeople do today, he actually picked up the phone and called me to introduce himself and let me know how hard he was going to work for me. That personal touch meant a lot. It immediately built trust and showed me that he was serious about earning our business. Even though the car I fell in love with was initially beyond my budget, he worked tirelessly to negotiate a number that made it possible for me to drive away with my dream car. Throughout the entire process, he maintained a calm demeanor and a friendly attitude toward both me and my family. I’m so grateful for the effort and care he put into making this such a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

My wife and I came thru the showroom looking to test

My wife and I came thru the showroom looking to test drive the CLE amg line, Mercedes was discontinuing the E class coupe and the CLE the recommeded alternative. Unfortunately no CLE's were in stock, Ron also searched surrounding dealers for coupes with no luck, the only ones available at that time were convertibles.. Fortunately there happened to be a GLC 4.3 model on the showroom floor that caught our eyes, and after a test drive my wife could truly appreciate sitting upright and the ease of utilizing the SUV cargo area vs her prior coupes. Needless to say Ron made the rest of the buying process streamline, Thanks once again Ron, and Happy New Year to You and the rest of the team at Mercedes of Annapolis..
