Noel Bennett

Noel Bennett was a great salesman who encouraged and helped us buy the car that we wanted. He made extraordinary effort to find the right vehicle for us. He did amazing and needs to be rewarded for his efforts.

Took much longer to get a simple oil change done, plus

I arrived at 3pm for the oil change, which normally took about 45 minutes. But this time it took one hour and half. At the end I was presented an invoice which is $20 more than what we discussed at the beginning of the service. They later corrected the wrong price. Further, they offered me a free car wash before the work, but they forgot to do so, so I had to ask again for the car wash. it took another 30 minutes. ...................

20 K maintenance

The tech did not put back 2 of my tire caps. They are may cost $2-$3 but that will take my time. I little bit disappointed to me

Service Center - Brake Replacement

Called last minute during the holidays to have my brakes replaced (all 4 on a Tundra). Brian Arlitz quickly scheduled my appointment and took care of everything for me. He made it as easy as possible for me and I truly appreciated his help. The service shop at this location is by far one of the best!

Owner

Initial salespersons were fairly new. However, they were courteous and not forceful.The Manager was professional and very good at closing the deal. The Financial Manager was very knowledgeable, helpful and good to do business with.
