I was shopping online for a new vehicle. I found what I was looking for and Reuben got it at a price the surpassed all others. After securing everything I drove from Tallahassee to Buford. Upon arrival I met with Reuben, he was EXTREMELY informative and had everything in order for vehicle. Pick up. Tyler the finance guy. Hands down the best I've ever dealt with!!! He tweaked Reuben's already beautiful numbers and got me an even better deal and payments below my expected range. Hats off to these two guys and the AutoNation family in Buford. Toyota recall
Recalls were done in the time I was told. Tim was very helpful telling me the best way to exit the dealership and bringing my car to me at the entrance since I am handicapped.

Bad customer service in the service department
Even though I brought two of my vehicle from this dealership. I am treated very bad in this place because I went there with a Different car from a different manufacturer . I went there 7.30 am in the morning, whole service department was Empty. An oriental lady customer service member told me that I have to Wait at least an hour a half for them to take my car in for service.- just a oil Change. I went outside and call the service center about their availability. Reply no Waiting period - they were quite free at that time. I feel Very pathetic and disgusting about their customers handling procedure. They are very prejudice about other types of cars besides the toyota. I regret for purchasing two brand new car from them previously. Thanks but no thanks to you
